When I arrived at the hotel, they had electrical issues and sent me to a different hotel.

Air conditioning could have worked better.

The carpet was very dirty. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was clean and clear.

The kitchen was set up well and one could survive fine without depending on nearby eating establishments. The floor in the room was really dirty as evidenced by our socks. But I would stay here again if the need arises.

2nd time staying, planning on another in near future

During check in they gave us a key to the wrong room. You don’t get automatic housekeeping unless you are there for a week minimum, however you can request certain services. We requested extra towels (We only had 2 towels in the room for 2 people on a 3 night stay) and a change of sheets and only got the extra towels AFTER there was a whole ordeal because they insisted we were in the incorrect room even though they gave us our room number and room key. Aside from the poor service the hotel was clean and spacious. For an IHG hotel it could definitely use a remodel but you get what you pay for. Only a $15 security deposit. Parking lot was small. During our stay the convenience store inside the hotel was only stocked with drinks (including self serve coffee) and 5 snacks at best, so if you’re banking on that i’d recommend trying the fast food nearby. (Ignore any grammar mistakes i’m sleepy).

The checkin was quick and easy. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This was my first day at a candlewood, and I honestly have to say it was a very nice pleasant visit. My bed was very comfy. My room was very clean. Lots of amenities. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely stay here in my future travels.

Was not a suite room like it was advertised! Very drab! Needs a lot painting and cleaning.

Staff were very nice. Hotel room had a funky smell. The cleaning supplies smelled old but the room was clean. Would stay there again.

Property was clean, pool was clean. What I didn’t like was you had to stay seven days to get your room cleaned. More money, yet little too no maid service.

The hotel appeared clean with a fresh smell. The only issue was that my bath tub was not cleaned at all.. It had yulky long strands of hair everywhere!!! Other than that, the facility was nice.

I loved the fact it had a full kitchen in the room and very clean. I would love to come back again someday.

It is fairly close to the pier. Room has ample room and is very clean. Front desk friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast but neither my wife or me eat early in the am.

This was an excellent last minute choice for us in PCB. We had left early for our vacation in Orlando and decided on a few days at the beach before arriving for our universal trip. This was a beautiful property, the beds were amazing and the rooms themselves were great! Complimentary laundry was a plus as well as the pool and convenience to the beach!

Hotel was clean and staff freindly. No restaurants within walking distance.

Close to airport

Our room was quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable. Nice fridge and stove in the room. However, the carpet was disgusting. We literally had to wear shoes or else our feet would be black from walking on the carpet. Please pull them up from the rooms!

I felt comfortable and safe on the property. My two complaints: 1) Parking was horrible. Not enough spaces. 2) Orbitz web site advertised breakfast was included. It wasn't. Other than those two issues, all good.
