This stay was really great, we really enjoy staying at Home2suites when we have long stays for work.
The one thing to note, this hotel does have really soft feather pillows, if you are a side sleeper you may need to double up on the pillows, they flatten very quickly.

I really was impressed by the cleanliness and how well organized this place is! The customer service was amazing from beginning to end! The breakfast exceeded my expectations multiple options and I would even say restaurant style! Everything was so plentiful, organized, and clean! After a long flight this was a pleasant and rejuvenating experience.

Part outsid eof our room till 1030, had to be up at 4 am for a 6 am flight. It was absolutely ridiculous 🙄

I arrived late at night after a tiring flight. The air-conditioning and heating system was confusing (it seems like there were two different control boxes) and I never did figure how to get heat so the room was very cold and I slept with my coat on because I couldn't get warm. I didn't want to call the front desk because I was exhausted and didn't want to deal with a time-consuming manager. Can't you just leave printed instructions???

I would like to shout the Female Chef who ran the kitchen in the morning as she was very accommodating to my diary allergy. She went out of her way to make me an English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich. Thank you!

I loved the size of the suites but the suite I originally occupied had what appeared to be blood stains on the bedroom carpet, the room did not feel clean, there where large cracks in the ceiling along the drywall tape and bubbling drywall in the corners. The room we were moved to was much better but the view looked right into someone's backyard that had old non functioning cars.

The most disappointing part of this stay was the hotel bed. We only had a sheet on our bed and a duvet cover with no insert. When we decided to check out why the sheets weren’t covering much of our bodies we noticed that the sheets were for a queen bed, and not the king bed we were in. Additionally, the cleaning staff knowingly tucked the too small sheets into the mattress and made up with bed with just a duvet and no insert. To know it was intentionally done, was very frustrating.

Overall good place to stay - clean, courteous and helpful staff, convenient location. We have stayed in several other Home2Suites and the breakfast at this location wasn't the best. Rooms only get serviced every 4 days which didn't seem quite often enough.

The only issue I had were the guests on the floor above of me, they were marching and making a lot of noise till late at night and since early in the morning I went to the front desk to ask for a room change and they said the were going to call to the room making noise, after several hour I called front desk they said the were going to call that noisy room and call me back, I was tired and never got an answer and to noise last till I finally was able to fall asleep around midnight, and never got a solution or an answer from the front desk

Staff were really nice and accommodating. Heated pool was not actually heated…the room was. Maybe I read that wrong. Breakfast was THE SAME EVERYDAY..didn’t like that. We stayed 6 days. Room was amazing. Area was close to the airport!

Very comfortable stay and the staff we're very helpful. Its close to the airport so a car is essential and theres not much around but it served my needs very well. Having a fridge, microwave and toaster was very helpful. The breakfast was also plentiful.

Dirty bathroom walls, carpet and couch. Room was ok but, needs regular maintenance like shampooing carpet and fabric couches. Beds were good, staff was good.

The carpet was stained in the room which just made the room feel dirty/unkept. The bed linens were cheap and pilled. On the surface it looked clean. The room amenities were great and the size was perfect.
