It was great me and my family were on vacation before school started and we need a close place to stay from Brownestone and it was easy to check in and check out.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The room was clean and well updated, the staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was just right. My kids raved about the waffles and the sausage. It was easily accessible off the highway and just perfect for our needs. No complaints.

I really like this set up in the room. The breakfast could use some work. I went out for breakfast at 7 AM and eggs and sausage were cold and dry.

Check in was easy, room was clean, breakfast was sufficient. But a fee for parking??? Really??? I hate it when companies nickel and dime you to death. In Cromwell,CT? Where there are no issues about parking at all? Just awful.

Hotel is nice. Front desk is helpful. Breakfast s*cked, and that was before they stopped refilling food. Getting to breakfast a few minutes before posted closing time is not ideal, but they should have food right through the posted end time. Not only did they not, but when I tried to make a waffle, the last item left, the breakfast boy unplugged the machine. Awful. Coffee was terrible, tasted like there was a hint of raspberry (?!) in it. And, the vent above the toilet leaked, so I got a little unexpected drop as I tried to do my business. Workout room was sparse and poorly equipped. Shame because the hotel itself is new and quite nice otherwise. A mixed bag deserving 3 stars (6/10).

Great hotel for families ( we were single and light sleepers), very noisy, if you get a window room on highway side it's motorcycles & ambulances. Will rent air BNB house next time for the quietness! Also we were promised n confirmed that our rooms would be close, 13 rooms apart was not convenient.

Not a good build for a new property. Noisy and the layout is strange and not thought out well.the AC would not go below 73 and was so loud. Not sure how well this place will hold up with such poor construction

Wonderful stay!

Breakfast is really bad for the price you pay.

Hotel was very nice and seemed well maintained. Breakfast was decent. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. When we arrived at the hotel, they didn’t have the room we booked available. They immediately worked to make arrangements that would work to accommodate our needs. We would definitely stay there again.

Ive stayed at a springhill property in PA and it was perfect. It was like that all over again. Never fails to make my family happy. Ill always stay at a springhill if i can. The bathrooms smell like a grandma in a good way. Crisp cold ac. We loved it. We will come again

Comfortable rooms

The one thing that bothered me (and perhaps I just missed it when I booked it) was I got charged $3.00 a day for parking. Not a huge deal, just felt icky to have to pay.

The system was down when we arrived, so it took some time to check in, but other than that, everything went smoothly.

The complementary breakfast was horrible, limited choices and the fresh apples were bad. They did not have enough coffee, decaf and ran out of water for hot tea. Cleaning staff only cleaned room after complaint to front desk even though upon check in they asked if we wanted the room cleaned daily. Hotel ran out of linen . Two good things: location and price.

Friendly staff

We always stay here yet the cost between a stay during the Travelers tournament is the reason we will look for other options next year. The bathroom sink faicet is difficult to use, still and the breakfast is incredibly basic. Ample parking can sometimes be an issue. Staff, location and patrons are always really great.

This hotel stay was OK. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were traveling for a funeral. Non-down pillows were brought up to our room, when requested. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend so the hotel was full. Breakfast was fair, but poorly maintained. Had to go to front desk several times during our stay to ask for more coffee, juice, plates, etc. Milk that was out had spoiled - unfortunately discovered after taking a large drink of it! Same breakfast every morning. No variety. Front door kept getting stuck; it wouldn't slide completely open. Bar was not opened during advertised hours. Room only cleaned every 3rd day, which I guess is now the norm since COVID. Fresh towels were delivered to our room when requested. Gym/pool area didn't have any clean towels. Quiet room, comfortable bed, nice shower and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers in shower. Hotel stay was OK, just expected a little nicer stay at a Marriott.

Staff was very helpful in getting us settled go the night after a long day of driving.

Overall a very good stay. Asked for an received a firm pillow. Breakfast the first day was prepared well. Second day eggs were runny and cold. Found three large black ants in the shower. Also the floor of the shower was slippery. Missed not having a clock in the room. The reception staff were friendly, polite. Very professional.

I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Cromwell, Connecticut, for three days and had a pleasant experience. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met promptly. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, providing plenty of room to relax. While they were a bit dusty, it didn't detract much from the overall comfort. I appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the friendly atmosphere. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider returning.

Amazing

1 med qas missing a fitted sheet the entire stay, 1 bed had old chocolate ice-cream with sprinkles dried to the head board, bathroom had black ants everywhere, floors werent vaccumed lpts of crumbs clothing strings. No extra bedding for trundle bed, we asked multiple times for. Trash was never taken out until a nice gentlemam working night shift apologized for everything brought us extra bedding and took the trash. No bathtub to bath toddlers either was a big disappointment we had to drive an hour to family to bathe our kids. Wont stay here again.

Corporate has initiated a 3 dollar parking fee, which was a surprise. Kinda weird.

Rooms were clean and larger than average. Food was better than the average breakfast.

We checked into a room that we had confirmed in our reservation had 5 guests. Only 2 bath towels and one washcloth in the room. Room was dusty and dirty. While there asked for extra bedding a pillows for pull out was told they are out of pillows and would try and find bedding. There was 2 private parties each night that the hotel staff cared for about than anyone else. Parties were loud kids all through hallways running. Kids on patio throwing the lava rocks from out of fire pit. I pointed out to hotel staff and they told me to move my car if I had an issue because they wouldn’t say anything to the private party. 1am to 4am guests running our halls and slamming doors. Also our room door was extremely hard to open and we were in an ada room.

Ac on room 227 not so good making noises,good park everything is close walkable,and good continental breakfast
