Very conveniently located, close to the Wesleyan campus and all restaurants in Main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. We’ll be back!

Very good place, but no water to drink, you have to buy it, I breakfast included, even been a very priced hotel. If you wanna breakfast you gonna have to pay around 15 per person. Pool water is like green. Overall good hotel for business trip, not for a family trip.

What's not to like? Wide street downtown Middletown with a Wesleyan student flair, one block from a mid sized hospital,convenient to connecting streets and highways, the Inn is perfectly located. Excellent staff, property hygiene, and a very good restaurant make this hotel the best choice in the city!

The parking lot was really ugly and dirty compared to the hotel. The hotel itself was really beautiful and clean however the parking lot was not.

I was only there for one night due to a funeral, but hotel was super nice and the staff even nicer!

Had a pleasant stay. Clean, comfortable room. Good walkable location. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast in the tavern was tasty. Pool is small but nice. Only real complaint is minor: soap/body wash dispenser in shower was empty. I would stay there again.

More of a motel than an expensive inn. Overpriced. Swimming was laughably small - probably for photos. Friendly staff. Resort fee! It was removed when we complained.

There was an issue with the ac but they moved us to another room with no issue. Very friendly front desk, ate dinner and breakfast in the Tavern. Bartender (Darcy) was awesome and the food was great at both meals! The Inn's location is great! So many restaurants within walking distance! Will stay again!

We had a lovely stay. It is a beautiful old property. I do wish they did a better job of indicating where the parking is. The signage is rather inadequate. We did have to change rooms as the AC in our initial room wasn't functioning. I was a bit disappointed that the staff member that dealt with that ignored the actual engineer in the room (me) and would only listen to my husband. But he did get us moved without a fuss did which I appreciate.

Lovely property. Front desk staff was insightful, well versed on the area and very kind. The accommodations were comfortable and check out staff was equally kind and the process was easy.

Check in was fast, we actually registered online. Parking was a little confusing, not well marked but we worked it out. Lifts to upper floors were fast. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was well supplied with toiletries and towels. Very comfortable stay

You go to bathroom and give me the hotel was lovely but the parking was very hard to figure out property needs to update parking needs for people that staying at the hotel.

The front desk staff were fantastic, and Darcy in the bar is a sweetheart. However the woman who answers the phone for room service was so rude. The first time I called she immediately said could I call back later because they were too busy. Not polite, and pretty rude. I waited an hour and called back again and same woman said that because it was 8:59pm and they stopped taking orders at 9pm she couldn't take my order. There is nothing in the room to say that, and she never mentioned it the first time I called. I explained what happened and she basically hung up on me!! I was staying with my sister who was very sick. It was a very stressful visit and that woman made it worse. I had to leave my sick sister alone in our room to get a take out pizza. Very disappointing.

The parking was inconvenient. Coming in the back of the building felt weird and discomforting. There was also no proper signage for parking. You were unsure of the parking situation. In addition, The restaurant took forever to open and only one person working to serve customers while being a bartender. Very strange. The price of water $5! Unacceptable. At the airport it is $3 - so why $5? The staff was friendly however the small details can affect your business for repeat customers.

It was very pretty, but overpriced and the restaurant was terrible. When I checked in, there was blood on the bathroom floor. When I called the front desk about this, they were not disgusted and didn’t seem to know what to do. I finally asked if they could just bring me cleaning supplies and gloves. They did—minus the gloves. The whole thing was quite surprising and gross.

Good front desk staff. Comfortable beds. Good location with plenty of dining options if not too late. Garbage truck woke us up at 4:50am. Toilet starting running in night and did not stop.

The Inn is a great spot for us to stay as we visit our son at Wesleyan. The young man at the front desk at check in was most helpful. He gave us a $10 voucher for the Tavern and told us about the family discount for stays while visiting Wesleyan students. Lisa, at the bar, was friendly and made us feel at home. We will definitely be staying again.

A bit overpriced, I get that it’s a nice location and old hotel but the inside is comparable to a Holiday Inn Express but they don’t have any included breakfast, staff was rude when I called down to see if they were able to bring up a DoorDash delivery (it’s fine that they wouldn’t, but they were rude about even being asked), and there aren’t even microwaves to heat something up so it made giving my kids breakfast a bit difficult. I personally won’t return just due to the price compared to similar hotels that offer more amenities.

The hotel itself was nice, but our room was not great. It just simply wasn’t clean. There were spots of a sticky liquid on the bedside table. I also found several pieces of food (lettuce) under the bedside table. The bathroom floor was also very sticky.

Staff is very helpful, room was great and bed very comfortable. Being winter, the quilts on the bed were too inviting...hard to leave such warm comfort in the morning! Property is lovely. Convenient and delicious restaurant on site. Only think lacking was sinage for parking.
