Such a clean a comfortable hotel. Lots to do in the area.

Our room choice was not available due to maintenance issue, however the front desk us offered is a generous discount for the inconvenience. We loved our room and the many amenities at the hotel. Great service at desk and restaurants.

A1 hotel, you get what you pay for here. Not cheap, but I'd 100% book it again if staying for a Michigan State game (and will look into the chain at other college locations wheb traveling). Very impressed.

Absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff was friendly, it was in a great area close to everything downtown, and the room had everything I needed. If I had to make one complaint it would be that the full length mirror was in a bad spot. Kind of in a shadowy area of the room so hard to see anything in it. But i even went up to the rooftop bar and it was nice up there. The wrap i had was surprisingly delicious.

Nice, unique, homey style decor. I worried about rowdy noise after the MSU football game because room was in front of the elevator doors. I heard no noise while in my room. Very nice.
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful yet understaffed.
A few times I arrived at the front desk and no one was present. Other times, there’d be long lines waiting as there was only one staff person. Often, if there were two staffers present, one would be on the phone. Ugh.

Moving our kids into MSU - hotel is close to campus walkable to restaurants and shopping. Great location overall and the rooftop bar was amazing. Korie was great

Nice place. Centrally located and clean. Service at the front desk wasn’t that great. At one point the person manning the front desk was MIA for 15 minutes while a line was queuing up. Also, the person who was supposed to open the coffee shop didn’t show up and no one noticed until customers made them aware. Overall, their service seems a bit immature.

I arrived at 7:30 PM and my room still wasn’t ready. They had to give me a different room that I didn’t book or wait for my room

Nice place across the street from MSU, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Room and amenities were good. Front desk was a bit understaffed, so please be patient with them. Parking is by valet, so to check out you have to use a QR code to call for your car.

I used to enjoy staying here, even though it’s a bit more than other local hotels. Unfortunately, I think it’s time to move on. Room wasn’t ready, crumbs on accent furniture and holes in the sheets. Beginning to get a bit rundown.

Long wait to check in. Only one front desk staff. Room wasn’t ready until 4:30. Had a wedding at 5 so didn’t allow any time to get ready before the wedding. Disappointing

The property has a really good location. The only thing i didn’t like was that theres no parking on site. Luckily there is a parking ramp at a short walk.

They didn’t miss a single detail of the guest experience. From the moment we parked the car and someone was right there to greet us till the moment we checked out, everyone was incredibly kind/fun/professional and went above and beyond. As for the design/decor and ALL OF the thoughtful and fun details, go see it for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.
