The bathroom fixtures pull out if the wall of the shower before it worked.

Great Location. Close to great restaurants and shopping. The hotel is very clean and well furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

The shower had very strong water pressure and was uncomfortable to use. The sofa in the room was uncomfortable to sit on.

It was clean, good location to shopping & food, the staff was beyond amazing! From check in/out and everywhere in between they were great! The staff all around were great, housekeepers were friendly & the front desk people were always quick to respond!

No hot tub, that was a huge bummer. There was some drama with a couple in our hallway one morning, but the front desk made it right for us with breakfast vouchers! The sink did drain really slow & there was only 1 garbage can in our room. I felt bad piling so much trash next to one can for the housekeeping. Also someone the last night we were there across from our room were smoking pot that smelled horribly, luckily we were checking out so we didn’t have to endure it for long.

The room was supposed to be able to fit four adults. It most definitely did not. It had a tiny tiny fold out couch that could barely fit one person, there were no sheets or pillows for it, so you had to steal from the main bed. When you had the couch folded out there was no room between the beds to move. Our screen door to the courtyard fell off as soon as we touched it. The pool was very small. They didn’t have coffee or complimentary breakfast. As you walk through the hotel there were a lot of broken things. Honestly it was a huge amount of money for one of the most horrible hotels I’ve stayed at in a very long time.

The room, i think it was an upgrade, was super spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were friendly in helping me find my room. The room was very clean.

On my housekeeping day, the empty tissue box was not replaced and there was no extra TP roll left, just the roll on the holder.

huge potholes on street to access hotel entrance, receptionist had me wait a while to answer a long phone call, stains in the bathtub, no microwave in the room, Starbucks beverage and breakfast were the only options.

It was clean, staff was overall nice. I enjoyed my stay for the most part.

I got there to check into my room and they said they didn’t have any more king bed suites left and couldn’t explain why, so they downgraded my room and still charged the same amount. Typically I couldn’t care but seriously what’s the point of reserving a specific room if they are just going to give it to someone else? Didn’t have an explanation or an apology for the inconvenience. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t that big of a deal, I was just visiting my brother for the weekend but what if it was a special occasion or something and I got a specific room for a reason?

The beds were not comfortable. The pull out beds mattress was hard. we had to request linens and room service never came, we had to walk to the front desk. The pool was a nice bonus for the kids.

TV (dish?) lost picture on all channels second day. Never restored. No cups for coffee maker

Location was good.

Bathroom had mold. Appeared maintenance had cut out all caulking and replaced except for one spot under the soap dish. Wall outside shower also showed evidence of water damage.

We checked in after midnight and the girls at the check in area were so sweet, professional, and accommodating. We felt very welcomed. Our room was ready and perfect for our stay! It is only about MSU campus which was the reason for our visit (parents weekend)!

We liked everything. It is not super fancy but it is nice and clean and affordable!!

The Starbucks coffee

Rooms all smelled like mildew, wallpaper was lifting in the corners like there was water damage, pictures had old water marks, front desk attendant was using foul language, rust in the tubs. Not a pleasant experience at all!
