The room was not very clean. As soon as we walked in, we saw a dead bug on the floor. My husband started having allergic reactions as soon as he lays down on the bed. The AC was too old and it made huge noise. We could not sleep with it on.

It was spacious and comfortable.

There weren't any pillows for tye pull out couch and only a thin flece blanket that had brown stains all over it. Also, there was a half eaten pint of ice cream in our freezer that was NOT ours.

Location! Close to great restaurants and across from MSU. The kitchen was aesthetically pleasing. Updated, functional, had everything you could need for a stay. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was a nice addition. The desk was phenomenal. My son wants to study at a desk like that now. The bathroom was very well maintained. Nice updates throughout and also wheelchair accessible. Used the fitness center and it was decent. All COVID protocols were in place. Hand sanitizer dispensers throughout entrances and building. Very pleased with my stay!

There is nothing negative I could think of.

The outdoor firepit/lounge area was very nice, comfortable and accommodating. There were several seats and tables for our little group to socialize in a safe, outdoor space.

The room was not ready at check-in; it was an hour late which was stressful and forced me to rush to the wedding I was in town to attend. The room was musty and had a slight "wet pet" odor. The air conditioning was very loud and would startle me awake when it kicked on at night.
