We had a late check-in and it went very well. Breakfast was very good and the lady was very nice to visit with and helpful with directions as to where we were headed that day.

I reserved a hotel room for two nights starting last Friday and Saturday
night for my grandson and daughter-in-law. I reserved it with my credit
card with the guest name of my grandson Scott Olmsted.
They were coming up from Indiana today to celebrate their one-year
anniversary here in East Lansing with me. The day before coming up they got off work, they were involved in a car accident due to hitting a deer that
ran in front of them. Their car has been totaled out. I would’ve
contacted the same, but my priority was making sure that they were
okay and everything was taken care of.
I emailed Booking.com to know if there’s a possibility of canceling the
reservation even if that means I have to pay some type of small amount of fee for the cancellation. I realize how I reserved the hotel room I waive the ability to do that but due to the circumstances, I wanted to reach out and see if that was even a possibility. Booking.com reached out to Holiday Inn and didn’t hear anything back. The had me email Holiday Inn which I did three times and never heard anything back.
I am very disappointed in the customer service, or lack of from Holiday Inn, and would not recommend them due to this

Very close to restaurants and the softball complex my daughter was playing at. Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly.

I really loved this hotel modern looking comfy great location next to Eastwood mall . Tanger shopping outlet 30 min away lots of different food in area. food is 5 min walking distance pool was warm breakfast was delicious lots of options and hot food very impressed internet and tv work great very nice room had a cute reading corner
the only thing missing was a hot tub

I would like it a bit closer to campus but it was graduation weekend. Pleased that there were restaurants close by
My room was right off the lobby and the first night it was very noisy very late at night. I called front desk and he took care of it immediately

no ice machine on 3rd floor and listening to one of the cleaning gals Sunday morning yelling and swearing and arguing with someone on her phone with it on speaker phone. very disrespectful and unprofessional to those staying there

The price but it was probably due to graduation at Michigan State.

The staff was wonderful! The facilities were modern and updated. The pillows weren’t too thick. The beds were firm. The shower was full and had lots of hot water. The breakfast was yummy. We came with a large group of teenagers and they were treated with high respect.

walls were paper thin and got zero sleep with room next door having a social gathering in the room and finally after 4 hours of me hearing this and unable to sleep I went to front desk and he came down and addressed the people but I got no sleep because I was so wound up

Very nice hotel. I’ve stayed there before and will again. Very good location when I come to visit family.
The water never got above WARM when I took my morning shower. The front desk had no reason for this issue other than I’m sorry. The friend I was traveling with had the same issue in their room, so it was not just my room.

Nothing exciting, everything cold
No cleaning in the room, i called front desk in the eve, ask room was not clean, he said its not my job, cleaning lady left early because labor day, i told him i paid full money, its not my problem if its labor day or long weekend, look like he did not care either, there was no Cart to pick up Luggage either
