Dirty rooms and badly needs repainting. Mold growing in corner of shower/tibNo lamps on nightstands and people below were so loud and played music to which I called front desk and they said they would take care of it, but they continued this well after midnight.

The middle eastern lady at the front desk was very rude and I believe she stole my engagement ring. This afternoon my finance and I checked out of room 218. We were gone for 30 minutes before I realized that my engagement ring was still on the counter in the bathroom, where I placed it to take a shower. I was told that nobody had been in the room and was told I can go check it out by the lady sitting at the front desk, However, somebody had been in the room because there were new blankets on the dresser. I asked the housekeeper if she had been in that room or did she see my rings (there’s a total of 3 but my engagement ring is my only concern) she stated No, then she said she did go in there but the door was already opened when she went in there. I let the woman know at the front desk and my finance asked her if she could run the cameras or if she could see the key log. She stated she could not. We asked for the number for the manager and we were given a number that was disconnected. During our 5 day stay, we were originally given a key to a room that was already occupied on July 5th. We walked into somebody’s room and noticed clothes and shoes, immediately turned around and told the man at the front desk. He then gave us keys to room 218 where we stayed during the storm with no power. I bring this up because, this morning we heard 2 women unlock our door, but luckily we had the extra lock on so they were not able to get in. I have filed a police report& a report with Sonesta

The overall kept of the hotel was very dirty. The hallway has a small of urine and the rooms themselves has a bleach order but rooms still wasn't clean

All I have to say is overall the hotel is nice. The breakfast complementary breakfast is nice and convenient. You have a variety of different items so if you are vegetarian, you more likely would be able to eat a bagel or pancakes. People don’t care about breakfast. Bar is off the chain, the only problem I have is my sink in my room was stopped up. The plug was jammed where I could not undo the plug to drain the water so that was the only thing about it. I couldn’t brush my teeth unless I got in the shower, which was a little too inconvenient so if you ever come across the room, make sure to another room.

Stay away from the hotel in Red Lion Inn & Suites Katy, TX. Despite good reviews, it was a nightmare. From the stench of urine upon arrival to constant noise disruptions, blood-stained bedding, and missing belongings, our stay was a disaster. Despite complaints, staff were unhelpful and dismissive. They even denied our missing items until we showed them video evidence. Don't risk staying here; it's unsafe with questionable guests and dishonest staff.

Very good location. Close to eateries and freeway. Got gas at the 7-11 next door, good price. Room is pretty spacious and modern. There are usb ports and a toothbrush. I have never seen a complimentary toothbrush other than super high end hotels. Breakfast was pretty normal, but missing waffles. Felt pretty safe. Plenty of shopping nearby.

I arrived late for check in because my flight was late. I talked to a female employee and let her know that i would be late.
When i arrived they didn't have me assigned to a room and i had to wait 15 min to get a room while no one else was waiting for assistance . The female employee was not friendly at all and both employees continued to talk in their native language and i could not understand what was going on.
My window blind would not pull down. It was stuck and i reported it to the front desk ( elderly lady) and she only offered me towels to put in the window. That would not work as this was a pull down blind and there's no way to attach towels. I was not offered a different room or compensated for the inconvenience of people being able to see into my room.

New property that already is struggling with maintenance issues. We booked a room with king bed. When we walked in it smelled like an ashtray. We requested a switch and it turned out they did not have any other king size bed rooms (which we paid extra for) and were given a two twin beds instead. The lady at the reception desk was unfriendly and seemed bothered. The room was overall spacious and the bed was comfortable. Good for one night.

Needs more maintenance, the property it’s new but not well taking care of.. We got molted restrooms and some doors were broken not closing.

The staff and front desk didn’t speak good English and did not understand me. The cleaning crew was shouting down the hallway and constantly talking loud all day. I had to get on to them. The ceiling was not painted good. The ac was a little loud. For about $25 more a night you and stay at a nicer hotel, so you get what you pay for. It was a climate controlled room with a roof over our head so it wasn’t absolute worst, but the owner needs to do better.

Traveled with family and this place did not disappoint! Check in was easy and the staff was helpful and respectful. Room was very clean and the breakfast was pretty decent! I would definitely recommend this place and would book again!

Staff is very rude and profiled me and my friends almost called the cops on us. 1st room they gave us was occupied and the second one they replaced it with had dirty towels and the floor had not been swept along with a dirty stained shower curtain. any other hotel in the area would have been better.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean and it had enough room to walk around comfortably.

Well my room is not that great. Air conditioner constantly leaking water. Can't take my breakfast to my room. Staff acts like prison guards. Room still had used towels from past guest. No sitting area outside. They unplugged the treadmill to keep guests from using it. The only good thing besides the location is that there's no deposit and no insadental fees.
