Great hotel, nice clean rooms, surrounded by great eateries.

The view was to a busy street so it can be hard to sleep.

The night person was so sweet. We originally planned to stay down in San Diego but due to a terrible motel owner our room reservation was canceled. I tried to make it home but could not. I know Springhill to be one of the best hotel to stay at. The night clerk was so understanding gave us extra time to rest.

Excellent hotel, staff and amenities. Hampered only by excedingly loud neighbors and front desks inability to do anything about it/them.

Everything about the property and my stay was PERFECT I became a member and plan on staying at mariotts going forward

Nice and good for family trips! However, if you are sensitive to sound, the AC may become quite noisy at night.

We were in the area for a wedding, and this was conveniently located near the venue. I was a bit skeptical because it’s basically in the same parking lot as some retail shops and restaurants. Also, the freeway is adjacent, so I worried about noise transfer. But . . . I was pleasantly surprised to have a short, but lovely, stay. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The bed was quite comfortable as well, and the curtains kept out the light and any distractions from the surrounding area. Breakfast was nothing spectacular, but they had all the basics for a set-up like this. Hot coffee, toast, pastries, waffle station, oatmeal, etc. Had we stayed longer, I would have been appreciative of all the dining options conveniently located adjacent to the hotel. I don’t know when I’ll be in the area again, but if we were, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent stay, arrived very late… no problem. Secure parking was $15 but worth it as I was carrying valuable cargo that could not be moved to the room.

We stayed here 2 nights for a nearby graduation. It’s in a very convenient location, right next to the freeway. There is parking and a couple of food places in the same shopping center. Only thing was that the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom so when multiple of us where trying to get ready if someone is using the restroom or showering we can’t use the mirror. Other than that great place to stay! Breakfast was great as well.
