The room was very clean. The blanket was so warm and comfortable. There are not much facilities in the hotel .

Everything is fine except they don't have breakfast service, not umbrellas for guesses

This hotel was my top best hotel during my visit Japan between some of my hotels in different cities of Japan including Tokyo. If I come another time this hotel will my future hotel as well as I will recommend to my family and friends too. Love you Ms Kyoto Hotel.

The rooms were bigger than expected and quite amazing. It was modern yet still cozy. It's just a few minute walk from kyoto station and the kyoto tower foodhalls. The service was also amazing and the washing facilities really helped us out with all the laundry we had accumulated. Very nice stay. Would totally recommend!

The hotel M is walkable from the train station. The room is very small but clean and modern.

We had a 10/10 stay at the M’s Kyoto. Our room was very spacious for Japan and the location of the M’s allowed us to easily explore the beautiful wonders of Kyoto (as sights were either walking distance or a very simple commute on public transport away). The staff were so helpful in helping us with any issues and even made dinner reservations on our behalf when there was a language barrier. Could not recommend this more!

I loved the serenity, the design of the hotel and the convenience for transportation. However, I hope to see better improvement on the blankets in the room, because it is too thick, and it's very hot, even though I turned on the air conditioner. So, you may want to change the blankets to thinner ones in summer. Overall, I enjoyed staying at your hotel. Thank you.

It is close to the kyoto station and there is a 7 eleven nearby. Area was safe. The room is small but enough for 2 people. They have free amenities like toothpaste etc… they will hold your luggage in case your train ride or flight is later.

A great stay close to Kyoto main station, multiple convenience stores nearby and easy access to Gion etc with the bus stop nearby! Room was spacious and comfortable, common area near the lobby was also very nice and staff were super friendly!

clean & easy access to train station

Everything was pretty decent in terms of location and how quiet and clean the hotel was, but the WiFi was terrible, I had to use cellular data for all 5 days of my stay.

Very affordable and convenient for our two nights in Kyoto to see the sights. Everything worked smoothly and people were great.

Great hotel! We stayed for the 2 nights. Convenient location to Kyoto station if you are taking the Shinkansen and to use subway to get around Kyoto. Many quaint restaurants nearby on Main Street and on small alley streets. Hotel appears new and modern design. Room was very clean and modern. Shower had great water pressure. Can store luggage before checkin and also after checkout. Would stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

The hotel is clean, modern, well designed and in an excellent position for quick and easy access to the main Kyoto Station with all its many shops and restaurants. Our bathroom was splendidly designed. Two small criticisms: the room, even for Japan, was just that little bit too small for two people with two normal-sized cases which we had to keep moving around the room. Although the excellent and friendly staff work hard to keep things neat and tidy, the foyer sometimes resembled an airport check-in, such was the volume of luggage that was always there. Surely a separate space could be created for luggage which is awaiting collection by tourists who have presumably checked out but are returning to pick up their cases later in the day? Having said that, I have now stayed twice at the hotel and I would definitely return.

Part of a bigger trip, the room's were a bit tight for space, with nowhere to store/ keep your suitcase in the room. The area was very convenient next to shops, train station and restaurants.

Very convenient for location due to proximity to Kyoto station, though some distance from major attractions. I never walked around much so can't speak on food options near the hotel, but there were at least a few convenience stores. Overall, very nice. The only thing I have to complain about was that for some reason, the window blinds did not close all the way so it was quite bright in the room, even at night.
