Good Hotel, relatively new and in good shape. Airconn noisy and not possible ro shut it off. Everything else just fine.

Area is “up and coming”, several newer restaurants available but the closed early.
The property was lovely, our room was large and clean but some areas need some tweaking. The minimalist design is visually attractive but not functional. There was nowhere to put anything - no dresser with drawers, no closet. Two people for six days living out of suitcases is messy and impractical. Hot water was slow in coming. We only got hot water in the sink if we ran the shower for 5+ minutes first. Water pressure in bathroom sink was very low but the shower was like being power washed. There was a Nespresso machine in the room but no plain coffee available in room or lobby (coffee shop across the street charged $4 for a cup of pour over coffee). There was a clothes steamer but no iron; not terribly practical for all garments.
Overall the property was nice but impractical and we would probably not stay here again.

Honestly this was An amazing hotel . The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. I had to request a shower chair and in less than 30 minutes they brought one up to the room ! They gave great customer service. I felt very comfortable, welcomed and happy . I am very appreciative of the lovely staff . The room was so nice, clean , nicely decorated and overall amazing ! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Made me fall in love with Colorado even more ! Thank you

We travel quite a bit and this was the cleanest and quietest hotel that we've stayed at I did read other comments that mention the beds were a little more firm and so I requested mattress toppers which were in the bedroom when we checked in. Parking was easy, you just have to get a little parking pass when you check in and then you don't pay for the parking.
Definitely wish there were more of these around. ❤️

Modern hotel with little in the way of building quality. It’s only a few years old and already starting to deteriorate… so sad to see things built this way these days. The corner room for only $10 more a night was huge but had a weird layout with the bathroom in the middle - lots of walking around to get to one area or another.
Staff did their job but were not outgoing. Cleanliness of the room was not great and there is no daily service. Bizarre water situation with sinks and toilet not having enough pressure and the shower being painfully, uncontrollably forceful.
Somewhat inconvenient parking if you come late enough at night and end up in the overflow lot. Even if you are in the main lot, the two elevator design makes it worse for bringing in luggage (only one stops at M for back parking).
Famille, the restaurant in the lobby, was amazing however - best green chili ever!

This is a nice hotel. I liked the modern feel of it with the hardwood floors instead of carpet. The beds were comfortable. We had a great view and it's located in such a nice quiet area with all you need within a miles drive. The restaurant is convenient down stairs and their is a coffee shop and movie theater next door.
I just wish they had a microwave in the room. I would recommend that they take more time cleaning the shower tile and sink, if they want to keep the rooms clean. Would stay again.

The hotel itself is nice to look at. There is a restaurant on the premises ( a little pricey), and others nearby. It's a quiet area. Our room wound up with a toilet that would not stop running, and AC that kept turning off, and the last night the TV stopped working. We were told maintenance would take care of it, but never did. The woman working the desk came up to replace our remote control, and she could not fix the TV issue. They comped us a breakfast after she said there was nothing they could do. It did not appear that they had the staff to care for the issues.

The beds were awful. I lifted the matress cover to make sure there was an actual matress under the sheet. The room was kind of clean. They should have put more money in comfort instead of trying to make it look nice on the outside.

Worst experience ever in my life. We booked a two beds room. They only gave us a one king bed room. They claimed the sofa is another bed. They were unwilling to give us a refund. I had to ask help from Expedia. Really appreciate client service of them. Very nice and quick.
The staff of the hotel had really bad attitude. It seems it was all our fault. They even said someone paid a higher price at the counter so they gave the room to him/her. I never heard any hotel would tell this to their customer.

Very nice, fairly new, spacious room. Liked the high ceilings and uncluttered feel of the room. My only ding is that the wonderful Nespresso coffee maker needs larger cups/mugs than provided.

We arrived at 4:00 AM in the morning of July 30 to be told that we would not have running water from 8:00 AM until 5:00PM. After a delayed flight and lost luggage, it was not the news we wanted to hear.

I it was listed as a "CITY VIEW" The only view was the JC Penny's store building... There was NO CITY VIEW. Other than that, it was a very good experience!

Staff at checkin was very nice and helpful. Room was cute, kind of had a funky vibe. We really liked it. Only thing we couldn’t figure out was the ac. The room was comfortable but we like it cold and it wouldn’t go below 74, which is just a personal preference. Also the shower head was super strong. Don’t know if there was a way to adjust that because we felt belted by it but would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. We were here 5 days. I believe this was the quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were comfy. Bathroom was a great size. The pressure in the shower was a little extreme, other than that A .

Room was great and the area was cool. I got a romance package for my gf with flowers on the bed and they forgot the flowers...they did make up for it the next night unfortunately we were too tired to enjoy any romance that night but they didnt charge for them so i thought that was cool. Out only complaint was oyr ac didnt work so our room was 80 degrees even at night!
I would recommend and be a guest again tho...they were easy to work with!

The decor was very cute. The sink are very large and the draining of the water just laid in the sink. Floors had food on it and showed the room wasn’t very cleaned. The hall way needed vacuuming.
We stayed a total of three days. Two different rooms.

The hallways are a little smelly, but that's a small flaw compared to how clean and spacious the room is! The staff are always wonderful at the front desk, and overall it's a wonderful experience.

The upkeep of the property has deteriorated since the last time we stayed about two years ago when they first opened. The flooring was warped in the room. There was visible spill of some of liquid that dried all over the floor. The front desk was behaving like I was more of an annoyance when we checked in. Otherwise the lobby is still beautiful and the location great. Sad it had gone downhill.

4pm check in is tough for business travelers. I arrived around 1. They said they would call me when a room came available. No call. Tried to check in at 3:47 and still seemed to be a bother to them. Nice hotel but front staff just not warm or welcoming. Steamer in room is very nice. Espresso pot in room not as good as regular coffee pot. Very clean rooms. Great location and surroundings. Just a sterile vibe.

Very nice hotel..clean and quiet. I wouldn't recommend using any of their toiletries as they smelt weird and it was mixed with other products which was super weird. They don't refill and clean out their products after each use. So people are weird. Receptionist was super nice

Room was not cleaned when I arrived and they took my phone number for what I assumed them to call me when it was ready. No phone call but the room was ready 2 hours later .
Also They had called a week prior to arrival to ask if I wanted extra amenities but those were not provided as requested in the phone call. They did provide when requested at the hotel.
Room was fairly clean but not perfect.

This property needs to have more staff and needs to work on the cleanliness of their rooms. I had to get downgraded to a smaller room and was not compensated in any way for this. Plus we had no hand soap or body wash. For the price, this was not worth it and do not recommend.
