The room was good expect for someone running down that halls all times of night there was no ice buckets in room and housekeeping isn’t cleaning behind the bed

Check in was excellent all very.Friendly. We were greeted every time we went in and out. Rooms clean. Breakfast quite good. Rooms were quit. We didn’t use the pool or excise area but it looked nice. We will call the motel to make reservation next time and not go through a 3rd party. As when I called to check to make sure they got my first stat canceled and I had made a second they tried to charged me more. So glad someone from Hilton helped me out and straighten it out.

I rented this room to recover from surgery. Staff was amazing accommodating us. I can't say enough about the front desk staff and housekeeping. They really went out of their way to assist us.

Nice and clean!! Shower floor was incredibly slippery (dangerous). I have arthritis in my thumbs - made using the squeeze bottles for soap difficult.

Our halfway stop from Green Bay to Denver. Nice hotel, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and decent room. The breakfast wasn’t extravagant, but it was satisfying.

The breakfast bar was fabulous. So many choices. However, the room itself is bare bones. Our room did not have a coffee maker nor an ice bucket. We had to get coffee downstairs at the breakfast bar. I would prefer to make coffee in my room upon waking. Those are the two downsides to the room.

This place is new and super clean. Has great service BUT beds are terrible!! No padding or anything but a thin mattress. We stayed 2 nights, 1st was bad but thought maybe in my head. 2nd I could barely move.

We could hear the people walking above us which made it very difficult to fall asleep. The soap and shampoo dispensers are NOT senior friendly. I tried as hard as I could to get the shampoo out of the container but was never able to press it hard enough to get it to work My husband also tried and failed. Just give us an option...a bar of soap or liquid soap.

I initially had small issues like my password not working with their wifi, a misunderstanding about their pet fee (I was told over the phone that it was only $5.00, then told it was $50 upon check-in). Then when I left a message with their Operations Mgr., I never got a call back. In the end, upon check out, Sandy, the frondesk lady straightened everything out and saved the day. Hotel facilities though were outstanding.

Great check in, super helpful staff with restaurant recommendations. No ice bucket in the room was the only drawback.
Breakfast was surprisingly good and diverse, clean and easy to access.

The stay was great all but the super strong food smell when exiting the elevator on third floor never did go away get people to stop cooking in rooms it’s to nice and new to start letting it go on and would be a great place to stay and relax with no smells
