This was a last minute decision and I’m so grateful I picked this Hampton Inn. It is so clean, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and my room was beautiful. It looks like a brand new place. Quiet and very safe. The breakfast was ok but the room and area was so clean.
My check out experience was so nice and the gentleman was dressed up for Halloween. He was adorable and told me to “have a blessed day”. Such a nice gesture from a stranger. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We usually stay at Marriott locations but decided on this Hampton Inn for proximity to an event we were attending. The hotel was fine. The staff was very inviting and courteous. The only issues that I experienced were easily correctable. The towels are terrible - hard and yellowed. They are using too much bleach and not enough vinegar. There was no body wash or shampoo in the bathroom dispensers, and the smell in the hallways wasn’t as pleasant. Other than these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Overall, the exterior looked really nice and the interior decor was cute, but I just felt the cleanliness was disappointing. None of our trash cans in the bathroom or the room were lined with trash bags. There were pubic hairs on the bathroom counter, on the floor of the bathroom, on the floor near the shower and in the shower.

Check in was fine. Room was clean. Air conditioner extremely noisy. It had a constant loud humbling and rattling. The shower head sprayed water just about everywhere but down. They put the head on an arm the is so high I could barely reach it to see if I could change the setting. I am 5’11”. Went to get I and both machines were broken. Check out was ok. The guy who was there mumbled and I couldn’t understand him. Thank god I pre-paid. I visit Saint Petersburg frequently, I am going to be looking for a different hotel for the future.

Hotel and room were very nice, clean modern design and comfortable. However, the hotel entrance door on the main floor, at the north end of the building, slammed shut with a loud bang, whenever someone went thru it. This made sleeping in impossible for anyone in rooms 101, 102, 103, and 104 as the noise continued throughout the morning beginning around 7am.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out! Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. This is one of the nicest Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Breakfast was great as well as the staff that prepared it.
