It was a last minute trip and we could not have been happier with our choice to stay at Hol Chan Villas. The place was amazing and Sandra went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Top notch customer service. She even helped arranged to help have a chef to come and cook for us.

The property is excellent and well maintained and very clean and quiet. The staff, particularly Sandra and Richard were excellent and helpful. My only criticism is that the beach is not really a beach and is not swimmable.

Is away from the city .. need a golf car to travel around ..

Amazing property-we had such a great time-kitchen was extremely well stocked -all utensils you could possibly ever need. Pool was right in front of the room that you could walk into. Very clean property, beautiful. I would definitely come back again.

Sandra was helpful in hooking you up with any kind of excursion. Property felt very safe and friendly neighbors.

This IS NOT a beach property. The pics of the beautiful water IS NOT an accurate description of this property. There is a huge long white pipeline in the water along with an enormous amount of sea weed which prohibits you from walking into the water. You will not be able to swim in the water as it is not safe. The resort pool had local random dogs in it. The smell/stinge around the property is disgusting. The mosquitoes attack you regardless of the time of day. The accommodations were nice but you do not have a phone in the condo. You are provided a cell phone in which they load minutes so you can use. I arrived on the 10th and did not get a phone until the 12th but the minutes didn’t load until the next day. I ended up using my own cell phone to text and make calls to concierge. I am having to cover that cost. Upon arrival they require a $353 deposit on a credit card. This deposit is not a pending deposit but they actually remove the money from your card and you have to wait 10-14 days for them to return it back. I have yet to receive it. I took pics to ensure the property was left in excellent condition. Toward the end of our stay we began to experience water outages from 6-9am in which you couldn’t flush the toilets, shower, or do a hygiene routine. By the end of my stay I was ready to come home.

Great location if you are coming to Belize for Scuba or Snorkel ing. Very nice accommodations and air conditioning.

Beautiful Villa on the south side of the Caye. Spacious unit with great amenities. Sandra was a great help. Can’t wait to come back.

Sandra was amazing and very responsive to any needs before and during our stay. Yolanda was very helpful with booking our excursions too. We had a great experience!

Very clean and comfortable. Pools were well maintained. Sandra was extremely helpful when any need arose. Beds were comfy. The biggest drawback, which is not the fault of the facilities, is the seaweed on the beach that was so thick and smelly we couldn’t walk out in the water or be outside when the wind was on shore. While they mgt tried to mitigate the problem by having workers rake it up and cart it away the problem was not solved because it just kept coming making the water the color of rust and uninviting. We were extremely disappointed that we could not enjoy the ocean.

The property & staff (Sandra) made our trip a rememberable experience. The property is perfect for families or a friends trip. We were accommodated well, thanks to Sandra!

Property was great but since there’s no restaurants we had a private chef and bought food from town. The microwave never got fixed our money went to waste with the food. The wifi never got fixed.

The accommodations were great and Sandra and the staff of Suya (concierge/property mgmt/tours) went out of their way to ensure our trip was amazing

Not the properties fault though...its the whole island... It adds to the experience though. Dont expect a kroger...plan to shop at markets which is really cool if youre resourceful. All in all, id suggest going here.
