The property was clean and for the price it was a decent value. The floor of loft was just plywood so if you dropped anything and someone is sleeping in the bed underneath, it will be very loud. The secured parking is not paved. There is a security guard at night and the check in and check out was around 2am and 3am was very easy without hassle. The area doesn’t appear the safest but had no issue and never felt unsafe. If you are over 6ft tall, you will have difficulty with how the toilet is position but once again for the price it served its purpose. Would stay here again if it’s just adults wanting something quick and easy and fairly inexpensive

The property was in the perfect location to everything. The only issue we had was the noise from the bar below the lofts that played loud music till 1am every night and the exceptionally small bathroom area in the lofts. Good place to stay if you have no kids and enjoy the night life.

The apartment it self was so cute and management was very friendly and good at communicating. The only thing that was less ideal was that the bar underneath had some men outside it at night which initially freaked us out a little. But the room has two locks before you can get in and we were never cat called or anything like that. During the day it was lovely and there was a nice restaurant close by and cute photo opportunities. Old San Juan was a 25-30 min walk away but we did have to Uber to the beaches and the better bars and stuff.

At first glance, the area seems "shady", in actuality, we felt totally safe. The area appears to be developing. There is a highly rated breakfast spot just steps away. The customer service was above and beyond! Many questions answered, suggestions given, and help with our bags (I'm a notorious overpacker). The room is very clean, the bedding is comfortable, and plenty of towels are available. The bathroom is small, but it works. The beds were typical hotel "queens" and felt more like full size. The room has a ton of space and could easily accommodate two couples or several friends. The bar situation was loud, but I was able to sleep. The more weird thing was a stand-alone garage across the street that had massive speaker blaring music for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, my husband and I got food poisoning our last night. A late checkout was denied, leaving us sick and on the streets at 11 am. We couldn't board our cruise ship till 3pm. Needless to say, it was rough! Obviously, it's not a common problem, but a consequence of staying at a boutique hotel.

The room is clean and Service is good. The location is easily access to harbour and beach. However, the neighborhood is quite noisy.

I really enjoyed the location (very close to old San Juan) and the loft was amazing. Everything was really clean and I felt safe. There is security guard at night and he is super friendly. The best part was the free and accesible parking! The only thing I have to say is that it can get a little bit loud at night, but nothing too concerning. Next time I will be staying here no doubt!

The stay was great. Communication was almost instant. The loft was clean. Only downside for me was that it was extremely bright in the room. Would be a great idea to install a blackout curtain either on the door or in the lower portion of the room. It would be helpful to rest longer and less painful for migraine sufferers like myself 😬

Is definitely not for people with kids. Stairs were weird constructed and unsafe. The ac only reaches the living room. Need maybe additional tv upstairs. Bathroom is tiny , is cozy for young couples no kids.

Clean and in great condition. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit cramped, but very reasonable. On site washer/dryer (coin operated) was handy. Walking distance to Old San Juan and restaurants. They let us check in early, which was very nice, to stow luggage. The communication on Whats App was great-we had a minor issue with the sink and it was fixed while we were out. They also offered to stow our luggage when we left (which we did not need) but it was so nice they offered when that can be a challenge for travelers.

Water was leaking in the room for 2 days and the manager avoided speaking with me instead he hid behind his employees to deliver his message also the had ants everywhere and stains on the couch I have picks and videos to prove everything

Very satisfied with the place.

Property location is unsafe. There is a bar underneath the rooms. The bar was open till late AM hours on Friday with lot of noises etc. During check-in, I expressed concerns regarding the dilapidated parking area but the Manager assured me that No Crime here, all safe don't worry, there is security guard on duty at night and all that stuff. We believed him but on the second night someone stole the catalytic converter from our rental car parked in their premise. In the morning when we started the car it made loud noises but we thought that the noise will die down after a bit of driving. However, when it got worse we called the emergency road service. The towing company didn't understand any English.. So, it was a challenge even to arrange a towing. After two hours of waiting by the side of a busy expressway, the car was towed to the airport rental company site. They showed us sections of the exhaust pipe with catalytic converter that was cut out and removed.. Practically, one whole day of our five day vacation trip was wasted due to this criminal theft. We called the hotel and talked to the GM. He flatly refused to offer any compensation to offset our vacation disruption, inconveniences and trauma. Just asked for the repair invoice which we didn't have given that rental company will handle the repairs. Overall, very poor experience that seriously spoiled our PR trip.

We had such a relaxing time. The staff upon arrival was down to earth and kind and accommodating. A younger charismatic male agent prepared us with an incredible first impression from his mood, to the music he played in the lobby, to his knowledge of the community, events, and local entertainment. I believe his name was Hector. I would definitely recommend this place based on his first impression. We then were greeted by a younger beautiful female desk agent who checked us into our room. I didn’t quite catch her name ONLY because we were so exhausted with the days’ events. She extended the warmth and welcome we received initially from the young male who welcomed us to San Juan upon arrival to the property. All the staff we encountered were kind and helpful. I am even more so confident enough with our experience to recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the local and developing community of San Juan. The only change I would recommend is throw rugs in the unit to allow families to take advantage of gathering in the living room for a movie night together. I understand the floors not being carpeted (beautiful set up still); my kiddos love sitting on the floors, but was a bit uncomfortable because no vision such as a rug or carpet to sit on. We made due with the foot rest and small bean bag that came with the unit. 😊☺️ Thanks for showing us love and a good time. Will return in the future.

This place is a hidden gem. The loft was super clean and spacious. Management was very accommodating and provided anything you needed. One might get the wrong impression of the surroundings but, I assure you that it is very safe and the location is close to everything in the area. We had a car but, sometimes, it was easier to just get an UBER if you wanted to get around . They averaged about $5 - $7 per trip. There’s a bodega right below that sells pretty much everything and a bar as well. Security was never an issue and if you’re looking for a place to stay, close to everything in the area, then this is where you wanna be. And there’s also a bakery right down the street with fresh bread and great coffee…

This was a great experience communication begins very soon after confirming your booking, you are reached via mobile to confirm information and begin communication with the property. Upon arrival there is always someone in their check in lobby. Note there lobby is across the street literally across the street. There you will be welcomed and you will complete check your check in process. They will explain to you their policies. Property is very clear about their policy be sure to read it all.. Underneath this location there is a small grocery store, a bar next to it. And within the block there is a bakery that works m-f... You are located very close to all the attractions on San Juan it is a very short drive from the airport and very easy to get to. There are a few restaurants around the block I did not visit them unfortunately, there is also a food truck with great Birria tacos in their parking lot, they are friendly and welcoming check their times of operations not a seven day a week business. Gas station is near by as well. Inside the property you can expect great working AC, smart tv, no power outages issues were experienced during our visit. All access to the place has key codes and you get a key to your loft. I will note the second level of the loft is short and small this was not an issue for us as it really worked for just a bedroom, but if you are a tall person , 6ft plus you would not be able to stand up clear. This block is safe and checked often.

The place was in this up and coming area of San Juan with a great bakery down the street, cute little restaurants within a walk, and easy to get to and affordable with Ubers. The loft was fantastic. Toilet was really close to the wall but we just turned to the side. I would like to suggest maybe putting more hooks up for towels and bags and then other then that everything is perfect. Staff was very communicative and very helpful. The co-op area with the water machine to fill up bottles and coffee machine were clutch. Everything was always filled and fresh. Our room was ice cold with the most amazing air conditioner. Water was hot easily and it was a great stay.

Our stay was awesome, no complaints. We arrived early and they made sure we were accommodated in all aspects. Staff is super friendly as well as the locals, it’s close to multiple beaches so each uber was only like $5-$10. Overall we had a very comfortable stay! I definitely recommend😊

Good location. Store dowstairs, as well as a bar. 2 mexican restaurants around the corner. Cafe & bakery down the block. Within walking distance to Old San Juan tourist attractions, the ferry, restaurants, plazas. El Escambron beach is about 5 minutes by car. For the most part, the employees of the lidging were friendly and helpful. Except for one, Francis, who was unfriendly & rude. Room was good size, comfortable, & had all the basics.

Accomadation was quite good, only noice from the bar and pub bellow. I did not like too many codes to remember / the reception entrance code, gate code, key box code... The key would be easier ;-} I would appreciate to buy anything in the reception or the breakfast at least. In near surround was nothing...

Loved our stay, I spent New Year’s Eve and around the property lots of fireworks did not have to go out. Great communication! I’m local and would definitely come back. Stayed with my family we are four. Very cozy and clean.

There's a bar on the first floor. People talked loudly until 3:00am. Drunkards honking and banging things. I couldn't sleep at night. I couldn't sleep in the morning either due to the sound of drilling in the construction site opposite.
