The stay was perfect and service was even better!!!

Booked the deluxe king room mostly because my girlfriend wanted the option to soak in a tub. Was very pleasantly surprised with how up to date everything in the room is. Espresso machine was a nice pick me up in the morning. Great view of the city and incredibly spacious bathroom. Only stayed for two nights but housekeeping still restocked the espresso pods/water and cleaned up while we were out on the town. Food in the restaurant is delicious and well presented but didn't get the chance to check out the rooftop bar unfortunately.

My boyfriend likes music so I took him to this hotel. Seems like he had a good time and so did I.

We went recently for my birthday. I loved the location since it’s on time square next to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice! I would stay there again.

We stayed elsewhere for the first part of our stay and then to the Hard Rock hotel for the last 2 nights. It felt special with the music memorabilia and the rooftop bar. Room was lovely. Shame not to see separate recycling bins in rooms, though, unless i missed them. Good location - just off Times Square but a little quieter. Views were just ok, since it's such a built up area. Staff were all friendly and polite.

We had everything we needed and more. I loved the decor and the attention to our needs and the service was always excellent. I would also love to tell you that the gentleman who helped me find my Dial 7 driver was an Angel as he could tell I was a little anxious...the consierge? anyway they treated me with such kindness. So glad this is where we can to stay to visit oufr 106 year old Aunt who is native New Yorker. Many thanks!

It’s a lovely hotel but the room was small with a lack of storage. We made do but for somewhere so very expensive, I didn’t expect any negatives. An Elton John outfit in the foyer is undoubtedly cool and many will like the various memorabilia in the hotel.

Once again just perfect! Upon arrival we were greeted by Jan the friendly giant! An amazing individual and a blessing of a man! The hotel is stunning, the service is spectacular and the environment, location and staff are the best. Our definite go to in New York!

Great location close to Times Square, but not noisy. The room was clean and had adequate space with nice amenities. The service throughout the hotel was friendly and prompt. Our floor had only five rooms on it, so privacy was excellent.

Stay away from this hotel. Rooms are tiny and not too clean. To make things worse, our room had a noisy malfunctioning AC. We arrived late at nite with 2 kids, and the room had not been cleaned and the AC was not working. The room was at close to 80 degrees, and the answer we got that was the hotel was full and we could not get another room…and that the AC would start working eventually. After 2 hours sitting in a room with 2 toddlers that felt like an oven, the technician confirmed what we had been saying all along. That the AC was not working! By that time…close to midnight, they magically found many rooms. First one that smelled like a chimney which we did not take and finally we were moved another time. Not even an apology. They offered us free coffee and removing those new “destination fees”. What a joke. The manager, Frank Lubner, a guy who does not know how treat people literally laughed at our faces, when I told him that the hotel had no problem asking 2 young toddlers to wait for hours in a small room with windows closed and no AC. For some reason they also kept asking us where we were from as if that was a factor. After ruining the trip..they rejected any attempt to apologize. We left just feeling insulted. In sum…stay away from this place.

Fantastic location, hotel was great. We were however shocked by the $40 per night charge added on at the reception desk in addition to the price already paid for the room. When we asked what it was for, we were told it was for the complementary coffee and water in the room! Even if you didn’t want it declining this was not an option. I would not stay here again based on this.

This is an amazing hotel. The staff is excellent. I love the room design.

Hotel was good. Staff was nice. Food was overly priced for the quality. One day I ordered chicken tenders for my daughter they took 20 mins to get us ranch & the tenders were so burnt she didn’t even eat them. Wasted $23.

Location is perfect, time square is just around the corner. Staff are helpful and efficient in solving our enquiries and issues. Recommend this hotel.
