Great hotel in nice part of Paris. Rooms are very nice and easy check in and check out. We had a 2 bedroom which was very roomy

Overall had a great experience at this hotel. There wasn't any staff present when we checked in to answer some questions but managed to get a hold of someone by phone. Rooms were very clean and were well equipped with all the necessities. We especially loved the super soft bath towels and L'Occitane toiletries. The washer and dryers were a plus. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway and there are plenty of retail shops within a couple of minutes walk. The only constructive feedback is that the carpet in the hallways outside the elevator had a weird smell.

This is a great property in a fine location with many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The Saint Georges metro station is a few minutes away. The studio apartment was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed this experience much more than staying in a hotel.
Only slight glitch was we weren’t able to access the reception and left luggage area as we arrived at 11.30am and our key access wasn’t programmed until 4pm. Probably our bad luck that there were no reception staff on duty the day we arrived - a Monday. It made for a stressful start to our vacation especially after a long, overnight flight from Asia. We called the office staff who were very helpful in talking us through access to the building.

Location is convenient. Appartement is in a very good condition and pleasant for a 1 week stay. It is clean and has all the amenities for convenience. Beds are comfortable. Windows effectively block the noice from busy street. Bathroom with good water pressure, high quality towels and l’occitane products.

DO NOT stay at this property with more than 4 people. Once the sofa bed opens up there is no living room and your path to the front door is obstructed and hard to even leave the apartment. Also FYI the laundry facilities is shared with the whole building (2 washers/dryer for whole building) and located in the basement. The bathroom is tiny and hard to move around in even for just one person.

This 2 bedroom hotel/apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and spoke great English. It was an easy walk to Pigalle metro station with tons of great restaurants, bakeries, and shops nearby. We walked to Sacre Coeur and fell in love with the area. It felt like an authentic Paris experience. Highly recommend.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by incredibly friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.
The hotel's location is ideal, situated in a prime spot that offers easy access to all the major attractions and amenities in the area. It was about 20 minutes to walk to Louvre and Sacre Bleu and the subway was a couple minutes away.
The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms was truly impressive.
Overall, my experience at QL St Georges was exceptional. The combination of a great location, outstanding service, and pristine accommodations made my stay memorable. I will definitely choose this hotel again for future visits. Highly recommended!

Property is fine, but Expedia was not able to contact it, to cancel a double booking at check in time. Property told guest to contact them to cancel it right away to avoid the double charge. Expedia was not able to contact the property for 2 days, resulting in a loss for the guest. So, property can not be contacted when needed, as the person doing the check in doesn’t handle anything else. The rest is handled by an off site manager, who doesn’t answer phone calls

Hôtel is in a great area and property is clean. Very little interaction with staff but friendly. The room was much smaller than we anticipated and was quite crowded for 5 of us (3 adults and 2 kids) in a 2 bedroom due to the layout of the room. Bathroom is extremely small. A different room may have been better but either way it was a nice stay. Very convenient to public transit and some great food! Staff recommended a couple of cafes but otherwise didn’t have many for recs and we were on our own. We found some great places nearby though.

Nice little apartment near Metro Station Pigalle and St. Georges in a quiet street. You can find some tiny and lovely shops, bakerys and a supermarket in Rue de Martyrs which is only a few steps away. The contact was always friendly and the check-in very easy. We would love to stay here again.

When we got there the elevator was not working and we had to wait 1-2hrs for it to be repaired as there were 3 people stuck. The electrician was leaving without completely fixing the elevator until we demanded a fix or else we would've had to carry 5 large bags 4 floors up. The AC was not working, the oven was not working and the noise at night from the outside was way too high. Evethough the area was nice and in good proximity the property itself isn't worth the price or even the effort.

Though I’m ok not having AC if I can open windows, the noise outside if I open the windows is insane. Screaming, random singing and it gets crazy hot and what feels like low oxygen if you don’t open the windows. Though it says AC, it’s not allowed in the winter months. It does not say that anywhere in hotels.com. I am currently staying at a location where there is also no AC, but does not feel as hot as that 6th floor room. If a family with kids is having kids wake up at 3am sleeping in underwear hot, we are not kidding. Opened the windows at 3 am and was finally able to sleep as the restaurants down stairs seem to die down at that time. Whether in French or in English, the language of drunk people always sounds the same. Otherwise the apartment was nice. The location was great. Come in the summer when you can use the AC.

The location was lovely - restaurants and shops nearby. Please note - this isn't a hotel, more like an apartment. There is a person at a desk in the entryway most of the time but not at night. The apartment was nice, bathroom a little tight on space. I would stay there again.

Excellent modern apartment steps from Metro St. George. Kitchette has everything for a couple exploring Paris. Walking distance to Mont Martre, Sacre Cour and Abbesse. Easy acccess to apartment and helpful staff always in communication.

The room is so much smaller than it looks and we were given a different room to the information sent to us. Info was for a room in 3rd floor but when we arrived there was someone else in the room in 3rd floor. Someone then gave us a code to enter a room on 2nd floor which was worrying. So we had to call reservation to be sure we will be safe where we are due to the fact that it was a different code to a different room that was not ensured over as this is all self check in

Great location. Small rooms but clean. Misrepresentation on daily housekeeping (NO housekeeping is included; it's 50 Euros for each cleaning). Lack of on-site staff (out of a 1 week stay - only saw onsite personnel in lobby twice) Very very poor communication - emailed and called them multiple times regarding issues on door code and other matters. Never received an answer or reply.

The apartment was much smaller than expected and pictures were not accurate. This apt was fine for one person or a couple. Location was great and the apartment well kept. More basic necessities needed in the kitchen (salt, pepper, sugar) and more clear instructions about how to use appliances. It took us a few days to figure out the AC! I would stay there again.

Rented 3 studios for our family of 6 adults and one child for 5 days. The spaces were clean, well appointed, and centrally located to see all of Paris. Felt like we lived in the delightful neighborhood with several restaurants right outside the door. Beds were comfortable and room was very quiet despite being in the center of everything to see. AC was cold during the humid August weather. Highly recommended.
