Clean condo with everything that we needed . Kitchen was well stocked with dishware and steamer pot! A very large balcony with amazing view of beach. Close to everything! We will definitely use this property again!

Fantastic!!! Myself and four of my girlfriends had a very enjoyable girls weekend. The condo was spectacular - extremely clean, plenty of space for the five of us, and beautiful views from the balcony. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, along with some water and goodies!!!😋 It was so convenient having the restaurant/bar downstairs with live music all weekend. The food and drinks were great also!!! Not one complaint, we had a blast!!!

Nancy was a fantastic host and extremely accommodating with check in and check out time during our stay for a large event held at the beach. The condo was very spacious and the view of the beach from the balcony was gorgeous! A perfect spot to relax and listen to the waves. Very clean and a great feeling of a “home away from home.” The location is walking distance to OOB attractions-Palace Playland, the Pier and other bars and restaurants. Already looking forward to staying here again. Maybe longer next time! Thank you, Nancy.

Great view. Great accommodations. The bathroom was a little small, but it was clean. We would stay here again.

Our stay at this property was simply amazing, from the property manager Nancy to the condo itself, everything was perfect. Beautiful place at a great location. Spotless clean and even some snacks left for us ! We will be back without a doubt !

This property is the perfect location for all family members. My 80 year old mother can’t walk the beach any longer. But this condo allowed her to sit on the huge balcony and be as close to the ocean as possible. Beach wheelchairs are available for rent close by. All one level, bars in the shower for safety, entertainment daily hearing the bands downstairs, close to the strip for everyone else. Very clean, beautifully decorated and Nancy was the best! I’ll be booking this condo again for sure!

First of all, the host , Nancy, was so professional and courteous. She was a pleasure to deal with. The condo was exceptionally clean and was so well equipped. They thought of everything. We would definitely stay there again. Not sure about early summer with no ac but late August was great.Location was awesome too. We enjoyed the beach, the music and short walk to pier. Would def stay again! Thank you Nancy!!!

We absolutely loved the condo. It had an awesome deck with breeze and beautiful ocean view. Loved listening to the music on the balcony and a short walk to everything. I would definitely stay here again. It had everything you might need.

Everything was perfect!

If you know about the Brunswick, you know. This unit provided a perfect location for a long "adults only" weekend for the wife and I. The ocean views from the balcony are superb. If you are into getting up early for a sunrise, you don't have to go any further than the sliding doors, feet from your bed. You also have the added bonus of watching the bands play the stage at the Swick. NOTE: If you are going on the weekend, know they play music pretty much non-stop so if you are looking for an early to bed, quiet location this might not be your place. The bands they host are great with some real talent so if you enjoy music, it's a must. The condo itself is exactly as it is pictured. We had everything we needed, including a parking space. We spent the weekend either on the beach, in the condo or at the Sunset Grill next door. The Sunset is new this year and is an excellent spot for drink and food. I am already looking forward to our next long weekend here.

My only complaint would be the bed in the bedroom with the balcony. It was two low and very uncomfortable. It was also very loud, if one person rolled over the other person heard it. Other than that everything was great.

This condo was lovely! Very clean, very spacious. Everything was in great working condition. The one thing I might suggest to someone staying is to bring their own fan with them. Each room has a ceiling fan and a tower fan, but we were there a very hot week and could have used another fan on us for sleeping.

Wow, what an amazing place. The condo was so clean and shiny and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The views are wonderful and especially the sunrises. Loved listening to the waves crash on the shore. What a great place to spend time with your family and friends. So close to everything OOB has to offer. Really enjoyed the balcony and listening to the bands below.

The property was just what we expected. The owner was great. We had a few iss ues upon arrival but the owner made quick work of fixing them. Thoroughly enjoyed are stay will do so again.

The condo was well equipped and even some unexpected extras!! The location is perfect overlooking the ocean and entertainment downstairs!! It is also a short walk to the pier and many eateries and watering holes. If you are early to bed or have children this may not be the place for you. The bands play until 10:00 PM or so week days and past midnight on weekends. We loved it!! We would definitely visit again!!

The condo was so nice inside. The morning view off the deck with the sunrise in the morning is amazing. Being right on the beach sitting on the balcony listening and watching the morning surfers was excellent. The live music below you all day and nice was awesome. If you want a quiet place to stay or if you have young kids just know in the summer time the music is loud and all day. Only negative thing is but we got lucky it didn’t effect us was the condo did not have AC. So if we had got a hot and humid weekends the condo without AC could have been an issue for sleeping. The location is spot on for walking downtown. The host was very professional and a good communicator.

The condo was very clean, the views of the beach are priceless. As mentioned in the add if you are looking for a quiet vacation this is not for you. All in all it was a fun few days

We loved the check in process here. The bag of treats was such a sweet gesture. The condo is lovely and right on the beach. Our family has made some amazing memories in Old Orchard Beach and we can’t wait to go back.

Everything was wonderful with our stay. The location is perfect for town and beach access. Having a dedicated parking spot made coming and going stress free! Nancy was an amazing host, responsive, polite, and very helpful. She even had a couple of extra items that I asked about so we didn't have to bring them. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed Memorial Day weekend and came for the fun and that’s exactly what we got but if you’re going to bed early on a weekend you might want to know The Brunswick has entertainment band or DJ that you can hear , not a problem for us we loved it beautiful big deck over looking the beach and perfect for singing along. Will definitely book again!

What a pleasant stay we recently had at this beautiful condo. The location & ocean front views was spectacular. The owner, Nancy, was extremely accommodating & was available, if needed, 24/7. This is an amazing location and the view is incredible! Definately get up early to see the sunrise on the balcony while you are there! Parking could definately be an issue in the busy season (there were 5 of us with 3 cars and only 1 parking spot). The convienience of having a restaurant/bar just downstairs is a definate plus but you can hear the band in the condo if you go to bed early. This wasn't an issue for us but if you have small children that don't want to go to bed I could see an issue.
