The cleanliness of the room was amazing! and the ease of facilities

There wee two adults in the room and they only gave us one key.

The rooms were very well cleaned; The bed was super comfortable; Very little noise. The space in the room was adequate. Some amenities such as tea, coffee, laundry, movies, hangers, fridge, among others. Wi-Fi internet with very good signal.

Breakfast should be more varied. While it was good, it's very limited to the Japanese concept... For example, it should have bread, pancakes, scrambled eggs, yogurts, more fruit... Europeans are not in the habit of eating rice and soup for breakfast.

Le confort des chambres était au top ! Le personnel sympathique. Attention si vous souhaitez avoir un emplacement central pour découvrir Tokyo ce n'est pas l'idéal (je pense notamment pour découvrir shinjuku shibuya etc... vous êtes un peu loin) En revanche pour découvrir les quartiers de Kagurazaka, Akihabara, Kanda, Ryogoku, Palais impérial... c'est parfait ! La station de métro est très proche ce qui est très pratique.

住宿在饭田桥站 A3 出口过个天桥再走一小段路就到达啦 楼下有家百货市场，附近有Lawson / 7-11 / family mart都有 每天只需把整理房间的牌贴在门口就会有人进来收拾打扫换新毛巾给我们了👍🏻 楼下有一些饮料和用品都可以免费自取非常方便 总的来说虽然房间小间但是两个人住是ok的👌

Close to station, new and modern hotel with supermarket next door

Room was small but nice. Good value for the money.

Not super central, but still nicely connected.

I used it for accommodation for foreign guests from the Czech Republic. The room is also comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious. It was evaluated that the transportation is very convenient.

It was a little far from the station, and it was hard when I had a big luggage.

The location is good with near access to different lines. Clean, comfortable room.

The double room is of decent size (about 16 m2) for Japan. Room is pretty clean. Shower is hot and water pressure is good. Housekeeping is always there to help. They hanged a bag of clean rowels on the door knob everyday even though we put out the no cleaning needed magnet. Very thoughtful of them! The bed is super comfy - not hard or soft, just the right level of firmness. Amenity items table (tea bags, toothbrush, shower towel, Q-tips) is in the lobby across from the elevator. Help yourself with one of the amenity items on your way up to the room. Very convenient. We booked double room (smoking) and the room had very strong cigarette smell. Front desk was very helpful and put us in a non-smoking double room. Thank you! Breakfast is good. The only thing is you need to be there early to get the Japanese breakfast as it runs out pretty fast. The western style breakfast with eggs and potatoes is equally delicious. There is a great supermarket next to the hotel within the same building. It's like a whole food place with lots of choices. High quality local items. And, the prices are very reasonable. 7-11 and Lawson stores are right around the corner. The JR and metro stations are 5 minutes away on foot. It's a 15 minutes train ride to Sinjuku or Ginza. Lots of great restaurants nearby the hotel within 10 minutes walk. From Narita airport to the hotel takes about 75 minutes by Skyaccess train, then metro and the fare is about 1450 yen.

Breakfast ends a bit too early with last order at 9:30am. Check-out is 10am which is quite early. You will easily miss the check-out time if you did not pay attention upon check-in. It would be very helpful if the front desk could remind the guest about the check-out time once check-in is complete.
