Lovely property. The owners were very responsive. Plenty of room and nice location close to the beach. Plenty of beach accessories set up for dog if you have one

Our first time staying on the bay side.. it was so nice, quiet, and peaceful! House was fabulous and equipped with everything needed. The pool and other amenities were very nice. A five star experience for sure!

This home is just as great as the description and photos. The location is perfect and Kerry is great. The beach theme was lovely and the grandkids loved it. I was a little hesitant when I saw pet friendly because we have a pet free home, but this home was clean and no odors. I can’t imagine anyone renting this home and having a complaint. My only regret is it was so hot and we were so worn out from the day that we didn’t take more time to enjoy the lovely outside area with grill, table, and hammocks. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed a week here. Everything was clean and the decor was beautiful. I love mermaids so this was definitely the place for me lol. We were married on the beach access across the street on Wednesday! We had never stayed in Navarre, we usually go to Destin. This was much more quiet and the perfect spot for our beach wedding as there wasn’t the crowds there are in Destin. The boys enjoyed fishing along the bay with the provided fishing poles, and riding the bikes provided catching Pokémon lol. The hammocks were a nice place to sit and unwind and the table underneath the house is where we sat for most of the dinners we cooked on the provided grill. The sunsets on the bayside were amazing, the sunrises along the gulf were so beautiful, I spent most mornings waking up walking the beach and watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee collecting some amazing shells! I could keep going on and on but I think y’all get the drift! We had a wonderful stay and a wonderful time!

We loved the house and all the amenities. The underside of the house had hammocks and a table where we ate dinner every evening. The pool was clean and a great place to relax after hot days of fishing and relaxing in the beach. The house was super clean and had everything you would need and more. We highly recommend this house and the host/owner was fantastic and great to work with. A great location for our family of 4 to get away and relax!

Had a few first time beach goers… everyone enjoyed the stay! Only thing I would recommend is handicap accessible to bathroom and shower.

Lovely home in the perfect location! This house is very light and bright, bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome home on beautiful Navarre Beach with the ocean just a 2 minute walk across the street! Home was so spacious and clean, perfect for our family! Our wonderful host made everything so easy for us to check in and out. We definitely recommend staying at this home!

We had a wonderful time for my granddaughter, it was her birthday and fall break and decided to celebrate after a long year. We loved the home it was inviting and comfortable inside and out. The kids favorite place we're the hammocks where they read and took naps, great napping area where the hammocks are the breeze us amazing. The owner answered everything I emailed or text, very helpful. We will want to come back next year if there are any openings. Book now for this gem, it will book up fast. We have stayed about 15 different places in Navarre and this is one of my new favorites. It is a GREAT house and the hosts really have thought of everything. Unlike most condos, you don’t feel like everyone is on top of each other…there’s plenty of space to spread out. The pool is such a great bonus as well!! Very easy walk to the public access portion of the beach. Will 100% stay here again.

My husband and I love this place. We were able to take our dogs and spend quality time together. We can’t wait to be back

This was our first stay here and I hope not our last! The house was so cute and clean I could walk in barefoot and not feel sand!!! That’s HUGE!!!! I’ve stayed in more than I can possibly count and I have never been able to say that. They went above and beyond I was taking my mom for her birthday and mine is also in a few days and we walked into balloons and buff city soap gifts for the both of us. I’ve only had one other host be that thoughtful and little things are always noticed. The pool was so nice to have to relax but after being stung by jellyfish and the weird sea slugs! Side note those things are cool but take acv and water in a spray bottle to the beach! It kills the sting. We brought our dog he’s also a year old this week so just a big party he was so excited he of course us one of the most well behaved dogs so I had no concerns but bc if you have a chewer be aware there are little décor nicknak items all over. There’s a small gated area under the hose he could eat and do his business and I found a shovel to scoop and disposal. Watch for sand burs if you let them walk in the sandy area, trust me you will know! Bring a comb as a brush tangles them more. The house has so much that is able to be used and we didn’t even realize it until we were done. All the things you need are there from beach gear to kitchen. Highly recommend this place!

Of all of the places I’ve stayed, this place was the best for my family so far. It was so kid friendly. Communication with the host was open, and responses were nearly immediate. The location is excellent between the ocean and the sound. We had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and hanging out in the hammocks. It was very relaxing. I will absolutely book this place again.
