Poor entry way. Too cold and unable to warm up. Just an empty duvet throw on the bed. No sheets or blankets. Pretty much told don't touch or you get charged extra. Will not return.

The property was amazing. Very clean and the host was great and helped when we needed.

The host was very nice, and also very helpful. I contacted him a couple of times with questions and got prompt, helpful replies. He shoveled out all the snow within a couple of hours after an 11" snowfall, so I could get the car out of the driveway. He took the time to warn me that my car was parked in such a way that I might get a ticket.

The situation is a little noisy. The is a basement flat, and the family lives above. The ceiling in the basement is very high, and it forms a kind of echo chamber. The family stays up late, and you can hear voices, footsteps and the television. I would definitely not say that the family is unreasonably noisy, but the construction of the upper floor/ceiling of the basement is such that noise just travels. I was out most of the time and so it didn't bother me much, but if you were going to be in a lot or if you need to go to sleep early, this might be an issue for you.

quiet neighbourhood. clean and comfortable

construction site right beside the house. owners I think lived upstairs which was not said in advertisement. hearing walking and kids running around upstairs. no partying allowed by renter but listened to upstairs party one night all night. 10 o’clock check out time is ridiculous. Tried to get a late check out because of weather conditions and pick up at Toronto airport. got back to room at 4:30 in the morning. got 3.5 hours of sleep and had to leave because cleaning lady was coming at 10. left at 10:15 no cleaning lady and we was way too tired to drive to Hamilton. also a constant beeping sound coming from upstairs.
