No body lotion in bathroom. Intercom telephone wasn't working well

The staff were really slow in rendering service, you had to continuously call on them with numerous reminders for the most mundane of things. This alone ruined my stay, not to mention a couple of incidences like electrical faults in the room.

The staff is friendly and is always willing to assist guests. I like that the kitchen is 24-hour service. The reception is clean,neat, and welcoming.

The shower drain does need attention as it was damming up. The bathroom wall did not look clean. The toilet did not have enough water pressure to flush at once; I had to do 2 or 3 flushes. Several items in the kitchen menu were out of stock for several days. For Eg, the salads.

I liked the pool hangout area.

The property is overpriced the establishment has no lifts to access the other floors. The tiles on steps were broken and cracked. This is a safety hazard. Also the bathroom was disgusting. I booked and paid for room with balcony and they tried to pume in the other room. Also the toilet was not flushing water was leaking the bathroom. The bathroom was full of grim water marks on. Tiles. They only gave one toothbrush and this was for two nights and two adults. No teaspoon in room. Wifi connection is very poor and interrupted my work. Also the breakfast for the morning is very poor wasn't hot the water wasn't hot and for anyone who is sugar free or gluten free there is no alternative for guests. Breakfast was included but we informed them that we will be checking out earlier the breakfast if they could possibly provide something towards lunch or dinner this was a no. Also the door to the balcony has a huge gap in it meaning heat was coming into the room and also mosquitos. The location itself it's in a poor environment the roads to the hotel are muddy potholes and there is rubbish in the street and uncovered drains which also harbor mosquitos. Other than that is OK. Just they need to be more attentive and organized the cleaners were slow and also they did bring the missing items up but one by one which was disruptive to my stay by constantly coming and ringing the doorbell. Also please make the hotel user friendly for those who may be injured like changing room was dirty and to enter it is a huge step up. Not a symbiotic move from outside to room

The location was not only easily accessible but also conveniently central to most amenities. I was genuinely impressed by the excellent staff, from the friendly guard to the efficient manager. Their warm greetings and smiles immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Although my schedule didn't allow me to fully enjoy the gym and swimming pool, I sincerely hope to return one day for a relaxing holiday and make use of those facilities. Additionally, I must mention that the coffee served was nothing short of amazing, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Another aspect worth praising is the commendable policy of allowing my transport to pick me up inside the premises. It's a thoughtful touch that demonstrates the management's commitment to convenience and customer satisfaction. I must also mention the fantastic Wi-Fi and air conditioning provided during my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was crucial for both work and leisure purposes. Whether I needed to attend virtual meetings or unwind with some online entertainment, the internet connection never let me down. Moreover, the air conditioning was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant ambiance within the premises. Especially during hot days, returning to a well-cooled room was a welcome relief. The combination of excellent Wi-Fi and effective air conditioning truly enhanced my overall experience, making my stay even more enjoyable and satisfying. Kudos to the establishment for providing such thoughtful amenities! Throughout my stay, everything was communicated clearly and handled with great customer service. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort the staff put into ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I look forward to coming back in the future and experiencing the same level of excellence.

Upon arrival, I had assumed there would be an iron in the room, but unfortunately, that was not the case. However, the staff was quick to offer an alternative solution by providing laundry services at a small fee. Thankfully, this option turned out to be quite convenient and worked well for me. As for breakfast, while the overall dining experience was satisfactory, I noticed that some dishes weren't consistently refilled. There were instances when certain items would run out because other guests had already taken them. I recall one such occasion when another guest couldn't find any eggs, and I had just managed to scoop up the last ones. Despite these minor hiccups, I must say that the staff was always accommodating and polite, which made the breakfast situation more bearable. It would be great if they could improve on replenishing the breakfast items promptly to ensure all guests have a pleasant dining experience. Nevertheless, these were just minor observations in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Everything was great! There was a little scramble to prepare my room, but it was a good experience.

The fact my room was very spacious but didn't have a wardrobe was a little concerning. Also, there were many stains on the wall, which is expected, but I think the hotel should invest in paints that are easy to remove stains from. Lastly, I will suggest the hotel constantly do staff orientation. 95% of the staff are pretty professional and accommodating, but a few lack etiquette. Please tell your team asking for a fistbump from a lady having a drink with her husband, who was not in the mood for socializing, is not professional. Also, demanding the guest to taste a drink they ordered in your presence is not so professional either. A little constant orientation can fix this.

I got an upgrade as it is my first time there and it made me glad.my stay was everything i wanted. Food was delicious

Quiet ambience

It was nice and simple but cold.

I forgot my AirPod pro in my room and I called the reception and informed them I left it there but to my greatest surprise I was told it wasn’t there anymore and I’m sure I left it behind.

The breakfast wasn't ready as at the time i had to leave to catch my flight which was 6am. They told me breakfast would not be ready until 7am which shouldn't be really!
