Nice and central with access to town. Ample parking
Pictures don't match what you actually get, wasn't aware there were actually 2 properties and pictures cut between both to give the idea that its 1 property. The hot tub in the one we were in was actually a lazy spa rather than what was shown. Water was dirty. BedRooms nothing like the pictures .

Great central location. The studio was beautiful, comfy bed and everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The hot tub is a huge bonus.

Welcoming hosts, quick to respond yo messages and helped us settle in after we booked last minute. Very homey place, the hot tub was immaculate and wonderfully warm. Fresh milk in the fridge, a warm bed, perfect location and everything you need. Wee tea lights kept the place lit up when we didn't want to turn on the big light, everything was so carefully thought through and furnished really nicely too. Powerful shower and comfortable place to stay. Really enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay again.
If I am to be picky, the mattress needs replacing as it sinks in the middle. Other than that, honestly a truly amazing wee spot, really perfect. Thank you.

WiFi was really intermittent and the phone signal only worked in the bedroom. Was okay for us but if you need to rely on WiFi, this could be a problem.

The facilities where amazing and beyond expected. Could contact owner through out and was very satisfied. Was overwhelmed as it was for my birthday. Balloons and chocolates was there on arrival; gifted by the owner witch was a lovely touch! Very close to the centre witch was ideal

Great little place, everything needed close by, such as shops and pubs, the studio was nicely decorated, and clean, the hot tub was great aswell.
Slight niggle with the bathroom door creaking, just needs a bit of WD40 and should be quiet as a mouse 🤣

The room was decorated very nicley and the hot tub was amazing and very big just for two people, we had a really nice stay and the hosts were very friendly. It was in a good location there was plenty pubs and places to eat or shop in a short walking distance and just a short drive away we had some lovely walks in Ullswater and a nearby waterfall trail.

the mattress wasn’t the best and also parking can be an issue as people will either park in your designated spot. Also had a guy banging on the door in the morning asking me to move my car.

Lovely modern comfortable home with everything you could need for a great stay and hot tub was a massive bonus on a private balcony. The property is in a prime location which was walking distance from great bars and restaurants but no disturbance from the town when inside the property. I’ve already recommended to friends and family.
The heat in the hot tub could have been a bit hotter but it was still warm enough for a midnight dip in February so can’t really complain to be fair. Bath towels would have been handy also but again very minor considering what the property offers.

Cosy cottage, in a good location to penrith centre, plus parking. Hot tub was lovely and private on the balcony, which is ideal for 2 people even with a young child I think it would still be a nice stay with the other bedroom offering two single beds.
Could of had small toiletries package but we rushed and didn't pack properly and there is a savers within 1min walk and if I had mentioned it beforehand I'm sure the staff would provide it.

Excellent location-2 minute walk into the centre. Cottage was amazing, tidy, comfy and just perfect.
Wifi went off at around 10pm and still wasn’t on by the morning.
