This hotel had a great location at a great price. The room we stayed in did not match the images on the website. I believe those images are from the sister hotel which is across the road. The rooftop bar is also not at this hotel, it is at the sister hotel across the road. Only a 2 minute walk away.
The room was fine. The air conditioning was amazing! The staff were lovely. The room had some parts that needed to be touched up, such as the skirting boards and some parts of the walls were stained but nothing worrying, only aesthetic fixes needed.
Overall at this price it was worth it.

The photos are a bit deceiving. It’s not as nice as the photos. Hotel seems nothing like the pictures. Also, the bar is not located in this actual hotel. It’s at a different hotel. I checked in at 2 PM got escorted to two rooms. None of them were clean housekeeping was still working finally checked in the third room that was already.

Hanoi has a thousand of hotels. I truly think people should have better choices. I would not recommend people staying in this hotel.
Their English is bad . And kept ignoring my call all day .
I know this hotel would deny it but it’s true that i have never ever experienced this before.
No need to risk your travel to a bad experience. I truly believe travelers could have better choices.

Good location of the hotel, and nice and clean. However, maybe a bit run-down for 4 stars but also read that in the comments. However, very friendly and helpful staff (like all of Vietnam), clean rooms etc. Ok breakfast buffet.

The first thing to note is the outstanding behaviour of the hotel staff.They were always available for whatever was needed and looking for solutions to any problem. They are professionals. Congratulations to the hotel owners for having them. It will be a pleasure to return to this hotel on my next visit to Hanoi.

They charged me twice because the “first payment it was with a terminal that didn’t print the ticket” but it was discounted from my account, then they charged me again from another terminal, then they told me that they will refund the first payment but they never did it, it’s been two months and never got my money back!

Breakfast was amazing, service was great. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Ruby was very helpful:) they upgraded our room for free.

Book Victor suite room bacony. Our Victor suite room bacony was beautiful decoration with cool city view, very large and good bathtub, we loved this room so much. Hotel location and staffs was great. We booked our sapa and Ha Long Bay trip was good promotion. We like this hotel.

Choose premium room. Our premium room was nice decoration. Their staffs was super, they did to booked our package tour as Ha Long Bay 2 days 1 night tour Sapa 3 days 2 nights tour was good. We're highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Victor gallery Hotel is located in center of old quarter that’s close to Lake, night market, walking street. We booked only 1 night for end of our trip. Our room was large, very clean and modern facilities. Their staff was elegance.

AMAZING AND GOOD JOB. Upon arrival hotel, we booked our trip to Ha Long bay tour and sapa tour by Mrs. Kim chi (customer servic) was good promotion. We have free upgraded room with Premium city view was nice – large – clean room. We will comeback soon.
