Great for family stay in Hiroshima. Lots of pros- cleanliness, new, washing machine and dryer in the room, kitchenette to do noodles and eggs, bath tube, 4 beds (2 bunk beds) for family of up to 6, but 4 will be comfortable, and very affordable. Cons would be luggage space is lacking, location will need some searching, and room service at extra charge. Overall 10/10

The hotel was approx 10 minutes walk from the (train)station of Hiroshima. The street was quiet and the building looked new and nice. Check-in was strictly as from 3 pm but we could leave our luggage there so we could explore the surroundings. The room was nice with two from the four beds on a higher level which gave more space. We liked the room/apartment and had a nice stay there. The reception area is also a place where you can have a drink. There are not many restaurants on walking distance, but there are a few and around the station there are more options.

Wow. Most favourite hotel I have stayed at. So clean, so well designed. Comfy bed. Had cooking and clothes washing facilities.

Second time staying with the FAV group and still a very good experience. Staff is friendly and helpful and love how the rooms are spacious and comfy. Purchased the package with breakfast included but wish there were more food choices available as we ate the same thing (egg sandwich and yogurt) for 4 consecutive days...

The room is furnished well. Our children especially love the bunk bed arrangement. It was no doubt one of the roomiest hotel we stayed in. There are plenty of USB chargers. The location is not the most central, but it is quite and has a lovely neighbourhood feel.

A hidden gem when visiting Hiroshima. Huge Japanese style room with in room washer dryer. Slept in futon warm and comfortable than the bed. A nearby Japanese restaurant called ueda was very delicious and reasonably priced. Luggage storage is said to be unavailable on website but staff at the counter actually allowed us to leave suitcases against the wall at the corner of their bar. We had trouble store luggage at coin locker in Hiroshima station (full) and this was very helpful. Will be back!

The hotel is great with all the kitchen amenities, microwave and washing machine. The only down side is there is no family marts/7-11s/Lawson around the hotel area. Overall the stay is comfortable and the beds are great too.

This hotel was beautiful. The rooms come with a kitchen area / washer and dryer combo and it’s like you’re in your own apartment. It’s also within a 37 minute walk to everything in Hiroshima. Also Costco is less than 10 minutes away. The staff were also so friendly and fun to talk to! They were also super helpful and the hotel was very clean!

Unfortunately we only stayed one night - we wish it was longer because it was such a great place to stay. The room was well equipped and had a very modern feel. Beds were very comfortable, everything spotlessly clean.

Reasonably priced large room with free laundry next to baseball stadium - 12 minute walk from train station. Local izakawa restaurants are excellent but challenging to find. Not far from Costco with a near full kitchen.

We love the walkable distance to train. A real person assisted us with checkin which made it super quick. Enjoyed the ensuite washer and dryer. We will stay again.

Hidden away from the main road is a hidden gem. Staff super helpful, the room was spacious, clean and enjoyable. Easy walking to main train station and shops. Highly recommended.

Upon checking the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Even though his English was very limited. He tried his best to help us with the questions that we asked him. The rooms that we stayed in were very clean and had plenty of space for our luggages and space to relax. Outside of the hotel has a nice outdoor seating area. A great place to relax with friends. It was unexpected nice hidden gem to find. The location is closer to stadium than Hiroshima Stadium so it’s a fair walk. Roughly about 10min if you’re not to fussed. My partner and I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel and would definitely come back if we get the chance to come back to Hiroshima.

Amazing hotel. Very Japanese with lots of extras. Design of rooms was very impressive. Great service and very reasonably priced.

Very spacious, with full kitchen and in room laundry. My only complaint is that I keep recieving messages from them thru Expedia that are in Japanese, with no apparent way to translate to English. Perhsps this is a problem with Expefia.

Really enjoyed the superior suite, was perfect size for a family of 6 with the twin/Queen bunk beds. Having a washer/dryer in the room itself was a wonderful benefit, as you can imagine a family of our size would produce a lots of laundry over the course of a 3 night stay. We had no worries because we could wash at our leisure any time of day or night. Having an English speaking staff member on site was extremely helpful and much appreciated by us. She was incredibly helpful went out of her way to assist us when needed. The ambience of the hotel's interior and exterior are welcoming, clean, and modern. The exterior patio area is very soothing. We were also able to park our vehicle on site and reserve the space for the duration of our stay for a nominal fee. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet despite being near the stadium. The hotel itself was like an oasis amidst the surrounding rural city atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect except the mattress and pillow
