This was our second stay at this property, and we loved it just as much the second time. It is in a fabulous area that is developing into a trendy district with lots of great places to eat. It is close to the North Shore for taking in all the beauty of Lake Superior and the fall colors.

The loft is exactly as pictured with all the amenities you need! Super spacious, comfy bed, large bathroom, and beautiful kitchen. The location, in the heart of Lincoln Park, cannot be beat! It is walking distance to all the shops. My favorites were 190 Coffee Shop, OMC, and the Tea Exchange - all within a block. I visited in the fall, so parking was no problem. I will definitely stay here again!

This place is beautiful! It’s spacious, clean, and within walking distance to many places or a quick Uber ride to the Arena, Grandma’s, etc. Busy during the day and quiet at night. It’d be amazing if it could accommodate more due to its size. The locks can be tricky. However, it isn’t a deal breaker. Thank you! Definitely recommend!

Perfectly executed renovation of a historic building in West Duluth. Situated in heart of craft district for beer lovers with some excellent food options as well. So happy to see what is happening in that end of town compared to what it was when I went to college in Duluth in the mid 90s. Condo renovation was perfectly executed, bed was super comfortable my only complaint and it’s small would be parking is currently a little tricky. I suspect that is more of a it’s issue and will get figured out as they complete the redevelopment there.
Place is in close proximity (short car ride) to all the sites greater Duluth has to offer as well. I would totally rent this space again.

The property is as described in the listing. We were very comfortable. The location is near restaurants and local breweries. There is no designated parking but we did not have any problems parking. The host provided a wealth of information about the area. Enjoyed our stay!

The loft is beautiful with really nice features. It’s walking distance to many cool restaurants and breweries. Nice amenities like a super comfortable bed, plush towels, soaker tub, and nice interior design.

This is a great place! Loft space in downtown. Very chic! Near some great barbecue too!

Nice furnishings, modern look, missing nothing. Lots of cool little shops and great food right across the street, and a short drive into downtown or canal park. We would stay here again.

I was blown away by how beautifully put together this place was. I know the pictures are gorgeous but you just need to experience it for yourself! I am Definitely coming here regularly. 10/10 recommend

The loft was bigger and even nicer than it looked in the pictures. Had everything you needed. Bed was super comfy. Tons of places to go out and eat. So fun just watching the snow and people below.
One thing to fix would be making water in the tub hotter. Plenty of hot water in the shower so maybe some kind of child safety thing needs to be disengaged. Luke warm baths are a little disappointing. Everything else was way beyond expectations though. Would highly reccomend.

Clearly a great deal of work has gone into the renovation of these apartments. The kitchen was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the building was quiet. The only frustration was the parking situation. The signs around the building are unclear with many of them indicating no parking between 2-6 A.M. which does not work well for an overnight stay. To be safe we parked in the pay lot next door which added $60 to our two-day stay.
On the plus side, the OMC Smokehouse across the street was excellent. We really enjoyed the spareribs.
Overall, we would stay again and highly recommend the property to other.

This is an excellent loft in an active shopping and hang outs. If you like this type of environment I hope you can get a reservation to stay.

Impeccably clean and a wonderful spot for our stay in Duluth. This property was equppied with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed a bath in the soaker tub. The building felt safe and was secured at two different entrance points. One thing to note is there’s no designated parking space for the property, but we had no problem finding street parking a short walk from the entrance. Many local shops and eateries are within walking distance from the property as well. 10/10 I will be back! This was an awesome stay!

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful flat. The location is nearby to several great restaurants, brewpubs and coffee shops. Only issue we had is that it gets very hot in the flat, and we stayed before AC was installed and the window barely opens. But going forward that shouldn’t be an issue.

This was a spacious loft with high end kitchen and spa bathroom I loved the soaker tub-the lincoln park district has some great restaurants one can walk too.......we felt safe but wish parking was a bit more available but so much better than a loud crowded hotel stay! The Hosts most gracious!

Place was great, good location, unfortunately the main lock to get in was not working. Also the air conditioner was not operational. Not great after spending a full day on the trails at state parks. Would have been fives stars if the AC was working.

This was a great landing pad for a weekend away. Thoughtful decor. Great, walkable neighborhood. Easy access to highway to explore the North Shore.
