The house has great space. We enjoyed the jet tube room with the loft perfect for adult and kids. The hot tube in the yard was a nice touch to have. We only stayed three nights and we were able to enjoy it on our last night. Would recommend.

Perfect place to chill after a night out in Westport. We loved using the hot tub. The whole house was tidy and cute. Would stay again with a group.

The location and cleanliness of the Westport Oasis was perfect. We enjoyed our time in KC for a girls weekend and the property was very comfortable for the 5 of us. Kristin was more than accommodating and was very responsive to any inquiries we had. Would highly recommend. Will definitely use Cozy in KC again for our next visit.

House was much smaller than pictured, The up stairs bathroom is very tight and there is only a tub in master no toilet or sink. Only bathroom downstairs is the bedroom. And the "game room" is in the basement which is a whole separate conversation. Down stairs heat was like an oven but upstairs did not have any, it was about 28 degrees at night during our stay and the upstairs bedroom had a AC/Heat window unit- I had requested to have it removed as it has letting the cold night air into the room and i was not trying to get sick as i was in town working for a week, but instead they sent someone over to pack insulation around the window which if you have ever had a window unit you know that does nothing because they are anything but "airtight". The house main surfaces were clean but ledges, fans and all the less used areas were completely covered in dust-House needs a deep cleaning for sure. Also the area was very sketchy lots of activity at night, had random people parking in driveway sitting in car. And a crazy amount of sketchy activities in the intersection at all hours of the night.

Great property! Very comfortable. Kids loved the hot tub! Only problem was we had no heat. Thermostat did not work. Other than that , great place to stay!

Overall we enjoyed our trip, but the photos make the rooms appear roomier than we experienced them. The neighborhood was much more urban than we expected, but it's super quiet – no traffic or neighbor noise at all. We found walking our dog to be a bit challenging as the many of the neighborhood yards angle uphill and sidewalks were broken. The backyard behind the hot tub has no grass, so after a big rain, our dog couldn't use it.

Nicely decorated place. Games for all ages!! Bedrooms spread out napping and children sleeping in were not disturbed. Great dining with in walking distance. Hot tub relaxing!! Great reprieve after a family wedding! We were able to spend times with daughter and family from Canada enjoying Legoland, Science City in Union Hall, Kansas City Zoo, Royals baseball game, yesterdaySea World. Great stay!!!

The location was perfect for all my guests to get to. We loved all the multiple levels of the house, perfect for small groups. The arcade room in the basement was neat. The hot tub was nice and hot. We cooked, ate and danced in the kitchen. Overall beautiful place to stay in KC!
