The rooms, the beach, staff.

The food wasn’t good at all. Some dishes impossible to eat because to salty or the veggies are wood hard. No fresh juice. They claim it to be fresh but after all sugar, water and limonade is added. But some staff like Paulo from the poll side made us 100% orange and mango juice. Thanks for your hospitality and kindnesses.

I love everything about our stay. Excellent and efficient customer service. Very cozy and spacious room. A lot of recreational activities available. Buffet breakfast has a nice variety of food.

The air conditioning unit in our room is not that cool. Nonetheless, we loved our stay.

A perfect resort to unwind and rejuvenate. The level of services is top-notch. The room is big, a spacious bathroom with a huge bathtub, and I like the fact that the shower and toilet are separate. The use of native timber and traditional decor is very impressive. They offer a beautiful spread of an international cuisine buffet. It's a great resort for family holidays, there's plenty of activities for children. The wellness spa is another level. We will be back!

Checkin process. Here's what went down during our stay: 1. During check-in: - Brenda Khang was incredibly unprofessional. She told me to step aside to accommodate other guests, even though we'd already waited too long due to the lengthy queue. 2. No priority lane or counter for PWD. This hotel doesn't prioritize or respect elders and PWDs. My mother, a PWD recovering from cancer, and I expected Sheraton to follow international standards, but they don't. 3. Brenda Khang rushed me, even though I still had questions. She initially refused to provide a payment breakdown, claiming it would be on the receipt. Only after I insisted did she finally write down the details. Withholding such information goes against the law. I'm considering reporting Sheraton to BIR, LGU, SEC, and other relevant agencies. 2. Commendations: - The staff at 5Cien and Nikkei are amazing. - Shout out to Ramil for his excellent staff training. - Sarah, the OJT, showed exceptional hospitality and professionalism. - Kweenie is very professional and passionate about her job. - Karen's smile is a ray of sunshine. Thank you for your kindness. - Jakka, the room attendant, deserves more than a 5-star rating. Jakka exceeded our expectations and stood out from any other staff we encountered, not only at Sheraton but at other hotels, both local and international. His simple note was heartwarming. Great job, Jakka! 4. Facilities and Amenities: Room - No exhaust, and the toilet's air quality is poor. I suggest replacing the bidet with a handheld type for easier use and please install exhaust fan. Pool - Amazing! Lobby - Amazing! Beach - Amazing! Activities - Thrilled with the variety of activities available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. But Sheraton needs to improve on the issues I've highlighted in this review. Thank you.

Good size room and very clean. Love the bathroom. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Great ambiance and food. Amazing views while having your breakfast.

The resort is a little too small compared to Shanghai-la but I’d come back and stay again in a heartbeat.

Wasn’t wild about the food. My wife loved it. People working the breakfast couldn’t have been nicer.

The salmon was salty. The hotel I stayed in Manila prior to coming to your hotel, sliced the salmon in front of you. No salty taste. The pastry was very bland. I took a bite and didn’t eat anymore. The taste just wasn’t there.
