We were there for a week and enjoyed the time we spent there. The property was very clean and well kept. The couch was cozy for us to settle down for the evening and watch a movie. The location was great, not in the middle of a big city but had everything we needed close by. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property to friends.

Everything was as expected. A very nice gated community with nice amenities. We had a lovely stay and the pool was an added bonus to relax in during the evening. We enjoyed the table by the pool to eat our dinner outside. My only complaint was the neighbor played music loudly outside until around 3 am every night and we had to get up really early for cheer competitions at ESPN but that was out of the owners control. Other than that it was a great stay.

I was excited for a getaway with my husband but instead I was very disappointed due to there was no internet service for the 3 days of my trip due to an outage and I also paid to have the pool heated which never got heated due to another issue. The host Ricky was very responsive and even issued a refund for the pool but overall my trip was a waste of money and not very enjoyable but the property was very nice.

Our family had a great time staying at this house in Kissimmee. It was as described in the listing and very clean. It had a beautiful pool in the backyard, with BBQ which made our stay that much better.The house was close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay here again for our next Florida visit!

We had a great time staying in this lovely home. We came to the area to bring our family to Disney, but didn’t want to stay in a resort. This was a great option! The property was very clean and well maintained. Thank you for sharing your home for our vacation!

The house was perfect for our needs. It would be perfect for two families with children as there are two master suites and two bedrooms for kids. The pool and hot tub were awesome and fenced in for safety. Game room in the garage was super fun for our three year old. Big TVs in all four bedrooms for those relaxing days or at the end of the night. Our host was super quick responding to any questions we had. One morning we had a smoke detector start chirping and it was fixed while we were out for the day. Everything went smoothly and we appreciated the easy check in and out. No chores to be done other than taking the trash out, which is more than reasonable. Close to shopping, restaurants, Disney, and other attractions. We felt safe as there was always someone monitoring the gates. The only thing lacking is there is no big clubhouse with a fun bar/restaurant that we've had at other rentals. Nothing against the host, obviously. The pool at the clubhouse was cold so we didn't use it. It does look like they'll be expanding this resort so maybe that'll add extra amenities.

Our party was two families and we spent 8 nights at this property. The location was minutes away from a grocery store and less than 30 minutes from the parks we visited. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a day out. Property was very clean. Host was extremely responsive, thank you! 100% would stay here again.

Very nice home which was conveniently located close to everything you’d want to see in Kissimmee. The house is in a gated community and feels very safe. The owner was really easy to communicate with and easy to deal with leading up to our trip. He was very responsive and quickly answered any of our inquiries. The pool was amazing. We were glad we opted for the pool heat since there were a few cooler days. There is privacy screening on both ends of the lanai was perfect. There is a Walmart and Publix very close by so no need to worry about running out for supplies. Thera lots of restaurants on 192 and Osceola Pkwy close by as well. We would definitely stay here again !!

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the home so much. We paid for pool heat and that was well worth it!! The kitchen could use a few new cutting boards, we would have liked more towels, and better toilet paper. The beds were ok but not super comfortable. Other than that we really like the home and neighborhood.

We loved our stay at this property! Comfortable living room furniture and great bedrooms. Very clean and in a really clean and safe gated community. Enjoyed hottub and swimming :-) proximity to everywhere was great!

This home is just as pictured/ advertised. We had a wonderful vacation. We had a small issue and both the owner and property management both responded right away and took care of the issue. Home does sleep a little warmer than used to because of mattress protectors and no ceiling fans. Overall a great rental. Definitely recommend!

Quiet, Clean property, close to Disney.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house works wonderful for all age groups. The owner was great and was very accommodating after a change during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property while on a vacation to Disney World. We had good communication with the property owner and the property was as described in the listing. We would not hesitate to stay again.

House was just as pictured. Very nice, only issue we had was the pool/hot tub heating didn’t work all the time but was able to reach out to property manager and it was resolved quickly.

This house was perfect for a week hanging out in Orlando. Had everything we needed, games room was a real bonus for the kids. Pool was great after long hot days at the parks!

We go to Florida every year for our family vacation this by far was the cleanest property. Communication with the property manager was on point no issues. Everything working correctly on the property

The home is very nice and the pool was wonderful. The master baths need new shower heads. The ones that are on there are totally pitiful and it’s really great to have a nice shower when you get back from the parks that was a problem with both master bedrooms. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and stayed till the next Saturday. We had no Internet from Tuesday through Saturday when we left, it’s a big disappointment. The cell service there is almost non Existent, so we could not watch movies which is what we planned on doing at night. Scandi Fla is the company that takes care of the property. They are total PITA. I called every day about the Internet and they just blew me off. We didn’t get into the house until after 4 o’clock when they were done cleaning it about 3:10. I have no problem with the man Richard that owns the place. I don’t believe he knows everything that is going on there.

We had a wonderful stay - the property was clean and well furnished, close to shopping, restaurants, Disney and more!

Had a few humps to overcome with the pool and hot tub, but the owner was very quick to respond and stayed on top of it until most of it was fixed. Pool lights never were fixed, but we managed fine, but he tried very hard to get it taken care of. We loved staying there. In fact, we stayed in the same house last year because we loved it so much. Owner was very sweet to have a pizza and all the fixings delivered to us on our last night there as an apology for the issues with the pool and hot tub and also refunded our money for the hot tub. Definately recommend!

Most of my frustration was out of the managements control although no one really seemed to care about the incredible inconveniences caused. The complex seems to be in a dead zone for cell service and apparently there was an outage with the provider that only affected wifi. Once we got into the area, we didn’t have the ability to look up activities, google local places or place food deliveries and even effected check in - ability to get email with door code. Traveling with 4 kids, 6,4,3 and 1 this certainly wasn’t an ideal situation. When we finally were able to contact management they already knew of the issues but didn’t make any effort to communicate this with us. When I contacted listing contact - response was delayed and no update was ever provided. Also minor issue with contract with management company - checkout was listed at 11am on VRBO but contracted listed 10. They ultimately honored the 11am check out but not after a free exchanges. To me any earlier then 11am is sub par and the fact that it had to be “fought for” was a little frustrating. Cleanliness was ok - previous reviews are aaccurate. Their was visible hair around. Many dishes were dirty. Pool wasn’t very clean when we first got there but after the scheduled service came it was much cleaner. Host was responsive to questions prior to stay and was willing to accommodate a reasonable request if the house was not equipped.

This house was amazing. The house is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were really nice. The privacy screen on either side of the pool really gave us the privacy we were seeking. We could hear the neighbors but not see them, and that made all the difference. That is what really sold me on this listing in the first place. And the house is close to the Disney parks. I highly recommend this listing! I will definitely seek again when I return to Kissimmee

This was excellent! We came to Kissimmee last year and wanted to come again with my parents as well. Everything was excellent! Just what we needed for family time and a relaxing getaway. Plenty of space for my family of 5 and my parents. Entertainment with the game room and pool and spa and we grilled out too! Very attentive host/manager. Everything was neat and clean and we had everything we needed. There was something for everyone.☺️

We loved the house! It was a great space and beautiful! The cleaning company who cleans it though does not do a good job. There was hair in the showers and the beds. None of the fixtures, decor or trim in the house has been dusting in a very long time. The pool was also full of hair. Otherwise we loved the stay and will definitely be coming back.
