Quiet Short walk from city Functional and clean

Very basic, ok for a stopover but wouldn't have wanted and extended stay

Good price and had the amenities I needed. The location was lovely, and met my expectations. The shared bathrooms were clean.

The host, when I showed up, seemed annoyed and unwelcoming. I was on the top floor, which was a bit too warm. I had to leave the windows open, but it hardly helped. Noise travels quite a lot too, so I constantly was hearing loud conversations through the door/walls, and the window.

THEVery small room, noise from the street when passing cars, toilet and bathroom shared, tv is not working, no available password for the internet, when checked in nobody on place and needed to call them and so on.

the position is good, near a tram station.

Sound insulation could be improved a bit.

Good hotel just a short walk from the U-Bahn, excellent for getting around Stuttgart. Good quality room with TV, free internet and entertainment. Friendly host.

Out of hours facilities limited, no instructions what to do if I wanted to check in out of hours were provided beforehand and nowhere to drop keys when reception not open so had to leave on side!

While booking, I opted for breakfast. But there was none. Why? Because, they said, of the corona virus pandemic. They ended up not billing me for the breakfast, though. However, that was not the issue. My problem was, why did they not let that known to me during the booking? They need to inform customers before hand.

There was nobody in this hotel to receive me. Why? Again, because of the pandemic. They failed to let me know that while booking for the room. When I got to the place, there was no life. Doors to the hotel were locked. During and after the booking they did not give me the instruction that I would have to call when I got to the hotel to let them know I had arrived. But as I waited, pressed bell and no one answered, my decision to place a call to them saved the situation after ten minutes of standing outside. They lady on phone now gave me a code which I keyed and the keys came out. Having arrived with two 23kg boxes, I had had to drag them up to the second floor of the hotel myself as there was no elevator. I got exhausted doing this job. That was not good. They need to correct these problems.
