Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast of full english with coffee and orange juice was hot and very tasty. Room and communal areas were cleaned to a very high standard.

fantastic breakfast, try the eggybread, bacon and maple syrup. Room cleaned every day. Lovely owner and made feel very welcome. Location very convenient on edge of New Forest but easy reach of motorway and Southampton.

Breakfast was fantastic. A good choice from a full English to a Vegan and everything in between.
I had salmon and scrambled egg with toast and was gorgeous, my partner had the full English and again he said it was delicious and very satisfying.

The location is brilliant and the host recommended a lovely pub for our evening meal.
The breakfast the following morning was so nice - the pancakes were a big hit with my Nephew.

Great menu choices for breakfast and the food was delicious! Excellent value for money and a short walk to pub, shops etc. We stayed here for one night before joining a cruise from Southampton and it worked very well - about 30mins drive from Cruise terminal. We had some spare time in the morning and the owner recommended a short drive to Lepe Country Park which was fabulous - on the coast and the weather was beautiful.

Good base for the new forest and a comfortable stay. Cooked breakfast set us up for the day.
The facilities in the room and en-suite were very tired and dated. the shower was loose as was the towel rail and were obviously well used. No cold options for breakfast although advertised
