This is our 4th time staying at 405E! 6th time using this company and we love it. Regency towers are located right on the beach and has a pool. We always enjoy our stay. I also enjoy being a little further away from the main (beach ball beach) you are close to everything but not right in the middle of the tourist area. Property is a little further down. This time we got locked out of our room at 9:30pm and a staff member brought us a. Replacement key in less than 20 mins (after hours no charge). Our garbage disposal wasn’t working and they came the same day to fix that as well. My only suggestion not really a complaint is to replace the master bathroom showerhead, and if you would like the rooms to be darker, I suggest you bringing something to cover some of the windows . They have shades and the views from the windows are fantastic but rooms are bright once the sun rises. Overall amazing company and place to stay! Karla is one of the regency towers staff(not rental company ) and she is super helpful as well.

The entire property was very nice. Pet friendly. But so well kept.
I understand prices of taxes and insurance and such has all gone up and this makes rental prices go up. I paid double if what I use to pay 10 years ago and over a $1000 more than I normally have to pay. Having said that, there were only three complaints from out stay:
1)No weight room/fitness/workout facility available. It should not be listed as an amenity. I normally bring dumbbells with me but this said there is a fitness room with a picture of it. I asked someone that lived there and she said if they dont give you a white card form the owners of the unit you CANNOT use the facility. There was a pad lock to the pickleball courts as well. Idk if my room key would have worked. There was nothing on our instruction she that said “room key will access pickle ball courts” like it tells you for wife and such.
2)with 4 adults, when I rent a unit a tv for us in the 2nd bedroom is important. Could not change the channel AT ALL.
3)this is. It that big of a deal but cooking utensils were limited. If you plan to cook a lot might was to bring some. We made do but just in case someone really needs more wanted to out it on there.

The views are amazing! The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. So great to be able to walk out to the beach. The pool was a good size and pool furniture was clean. I definitely will try to come back to this one!

Condo had an amazing view. Direct gulf front condo with a spacious balcony to sit and enjoy the views.
Bed was comfortable. Sofa and circle chair were well used and lacked support. Recliner was the best seat.
The kitchen was the downfall of the unit. Cabinet doors could use a wipe down-they had old coffee drip stains on them. Door to the pantry had stains from where people would touch it to close it. A simple wipe down is needed. Pots and pans looked like they were the leftovers no one wanted at a garage sale.
Location on the beach was great with easy access to the pool.

The condo was nice. Kitchen could use some more utensils like a spatula and a strainer. The couchs are broken down. They only supply so many bath towels. So maybe bring extra or bring little extra detergent to wash if staying for a long stay. Id stay again.

It was our first time ever being in Pensacola it's beautiful everyone is so nice the room is nice not use to the washer and dryer in the bedroom closet had sand all over the dinner table and pots n pans weren't clean could have used a cleaning on it 😕 but overall it was a nice place

The condo was lovely as was the view. Tasteful and nicely updated. Comfortable furniture/beds/bedding. The kitchen is in need of some updates...peeling cabinets and missing handles. It appears the condo kitchen is the dumping ground for out of commission pots and pans, random glasses etc. with hardly a piece of tupperware for leftovers to be found. The coffee pot didn't work and the ice machine wouldn't dispense ice. Similar situation in the bathrooms with a total of 4 hairdryers dating back some decades. After we were allowed to check in we did so to find the maid still on property. She had clearly been drinking, smelled strongly of beer and stated she was almost done, just finishing a few things in the kitchen. The bathrooms looked good but dresser tops hadn't been touched (scatterings of sand, drink rings and price tags). The kitchen table hadn't been clean and there were lucky charms cereal scattered on the kitchen floor and something dripping down a cabinet. I left for an additional 40 minutes and still couldn't decern any additional cleaning had happened. We received a partial refund on our booking as I contacted the rental agency specifically to check on the progress of the construction. They emailed that all construction impacting my stay had been completed. They were only painting interior stairwells. This was patently untrue. Our exit to the pool and beach thru the building was closed, directing us to walk thru the parking lot and around the building to get to the beach/pool. No great hardship for me, but a different story for my 88 year old grandmother. There was extensive scaffolding (high lows) on both buildings with earsplitting construction actively taking place.

This condo was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. There was some construction going on while we were there so during the day you could hear drills and such inside but most of our day was at the beach so we weren’t in the room much. I would stay here again in a heart beat! Easy beach access lots of parking overall clean!

The view it’s self was beautiful, how ever the condo had problems that would not make it worth the money we had to pay! The master closet had a very bad odor in it and I couldn’t and wouldn’t put my clothes in it! The living room furniture is worn out and I can’t seat on it ! And I couldn’t use the living room ! There was no closet In little bedroom , it had been made a room for stackable washer and dryer and you couldn’t do laundry if anyone was sleeping and the air conditioner made very loud noise all night and kept the ones in that little room from getting a good nights sleep! There was no coffee or filter for your first cup before going to store! The floor’s looked like they had not been mopped and I had to even clean the mop before using it! The mop was very dirty and had a very bad smell! So I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the floors our first day ! I was charged a $150.00 pet deposit when in fact I would not let my little 4 pd yorkie on the floors till every floor in the condo was cleaned! So judge for your self what you’d think about staying here ! We came in on a Friday evening and paid through Thursday leaving Friday morning! But we left Thursday at noon that’s how unhappy our stay was !! So we lost a day and night we had paid for! Around $ $3,500.00 for this kind of experience! To us that was not AT ALL WHAT WE Paid FOR!! I never thought anyone under the bus but this was not what we paid for ! And no one has contacted us to make this right!

The unit had a very nice set up, roomy for our needs. There was not the typical set of items such as soaps for sinks/baths or extra paper towels, toilet paper for weeklong stay. We had brought our own just in case so managed it. Providing more details in listing could help others prepare for their stays.

Upon arrival there was some damage to the unit that was not repaired after the previous tenant's stay. We reported the damage to the condo owner. They had a repair tech out to repair the damage the next day, but repairs could not be completed until after our stay.

The couch was very uncomfortable. We liked all of the condo with the exception of what is listed above and the staff was excellent. We do love Pensacola!

The stay was nearly perfect, except one design flaw in the building. There were two air vents covered with flap doors exit out to the outside wall on each floor and these were located, you guessed it, on the bedroom side. Nightly gust would bang the flappers, not conducive for a goodnight rest.

The property had a great view of the beach and was nice and spacious for our girls trip. We enjoyed our stay. Access to the condo and beach was very easy. The master bedroom does get a good bit of sunlight in the mornings but has a nice view of the beach from it as well.

The condo and property was as listed, and the view of the beach and ocean is incredible!
However, this unit does not have a washer/dryer and the coin operated laundry room on the first floor is closed indefinitely, as well as the one in the other building next door. When I reported this to the property manager’s office, the lady just said “well, there’s a laundromat near our office.” I asked that they change the description to reflect that no laundry facility is available, but that has not been done yet almost 2 months later.
So, if your considering renting this condo, just be aware that no laundry facility is available as advertised.

We love Pensacola Beach! The condo was wonderful and had everything that we needed. We plan to come back to this exact condo again. One of the best things about it is the large balcony with the perfect ocean view!

I was disappointed at the condition of the unit. We took pics and video and we’re in contact with the property manager. I have stayed in these condos before and was very unhappy. I don’t expect to be supplied with necessities but half a role of toilet paper was a little much. Please contact property manager for further information. Thank you Rebecca Dean
