Great unit! It was spacious and clean and everything worked as advertised. The location right on the beach cannot be beat! The kitchen has tons of counter space for meal prep and has just about everything you'd need. However, if you are wine drinkers there are only a few very small wine glasses. I imagine they have probably gotten broken over the years and not replaced, just FYI. If I had a suggestion for the owner it would be to invest in a gas grill. All the units around you have one and it's much safer and more convenient than charcoal. Also, somebody could have an accident one day with the charcoal grill and start a massive fire and destroy your wonderful place. Overall we loved our stay at White Sands and would definitely stay in 469 again. We really appreciated the fact that it was pet friendly! Also the management company was great.

we had a great week at the beach and we’re very satisfied with the house. The mattress on the sleeper sofa is kaput. It definitely needs to be replaced.The wheels on the baskets in the dishwasher need to be replaced. Beautiful views from the deck and balcony and easy beach access. The beds were comfortable Beautiful beach views from the living area and the master bedroom. we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Beds were comfortable, we never ran out of hot water, and the location and low density condo unit was nice. I would, however, suggest some updated cookware, especially a nicer cookie sheet. Overall, I was very pleased with this unit

Our over all stay was enjoyable but this property could be so much nicer with some care. The patio furniture is rusty, beach chair under the deck were rusty and unusable. The living room furniture was worn or broken. Some dishes in the kitchen cracked or chipped and worn. The location is great and there is plenty of room, it just needs some new furnishings.

We had a wonderful stay—great location, amazing views and access to the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. Very convenient to paved walking/bike trail, restaurants and shops, yet removed enough to feel quiet. Enjoyed every moment!

We have consistently enjoyed our stay at White Sands. Needed improvement: hose/spiket at beach needs replacement while shower much appreciated. Consider replacement in next year: carpet or floor covering of your choice-a laminate would be easier for guest to keep sand out of. Carpet pretty worn, dirty feeling. Master suite BR door sticks @ 3/4 open. Thank you for the stay, Pensacola Beach always lovely.

We had a multi-family group of 11 staying here and it was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out, large kitchen for cooking for all of us. It was very clean, great view, and perfect location at the beach. Our only complaint was extra parking was down a good ways from the house. Otherwise, it was excellent. I would stay here again.

I loved this condo and location. It was a great place to bring while family and dogs. It was well stocked with every you need. The view was beautiful. The only negative thing was the roaches we would see every so often. Other than that we loved it.

My 6 brothers and a few cousins had a get together. We really were impressed with how close we were to the beach. I can not express how much I enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning and listening to the waves crash on the shore. It is one of the most relaxing times I’ve had in a while. Great place for large groups because there are enough beds and bathrooms.

Overall, we had a nice stay and the condo appeared/smelled clean when we arrived; however, we did see 10-12 adult and baby cockroaches in the condo. We have stayed in several White Sands condos (with a different rental company) and have never seen cockroaches. We also spotted a few rats walking on the balcony at night but have seen those before outside other White Sands condos.

Everything was as described. The condo was beautiful, just steps from the beach. Near all restaurants and it had everything we needed. The 2+ car garage with an extra refrigerator was nice. We will be back!

We have been going to White Sands for years and I’ll have to say this was not our best trip.
Although the property manager was kind and helpful, we made three calls concerning issues we were having. The main issue was the garage door. It would not open which was very inconvenient to have to walk to the beach side after dark to open our door.

Overall a nice place. It would be nice if enough towels were provided. We had to request more bath towels. Would be nice if kitchen towels were provided too. We had what looked like cockroaches but was told they weren’t. Also had a rat that came at night in deck. Could of done without that.

We had a great time the townhouse is a great location and a lot has been updated but needs new family room furniture and the carpet needs to be replaced We would stay again if the carpet is changed to tile. But is a beautiful place.

We've stayed in multiple properties within the White Sands complex. We picked this one due to the full bedroom and bath on the main living floor - it did not disappoint! We had what we needed to be comfortable and enjoy the beautiful view.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was lovely and the staff was very nice. The dishwasher stopped working while we were there and they very quickly got someone out to work on it. The condo is exactly like the pictures and was absolutely spotless. 100% would recommend this condo and will definitely book it again if we to back to Pensacola.

Lovely place with a great view. My family really enjoyed the condo and the location. It was located just far enough from the busier area of town to avoid the crowds, but close enough to be a quick trip to restaurants and activities. The beach was gorgeous and the view from the deck and balcony were stunning.

Perfect. Everything went great. Great place right on beach. 14 of us from Minnesota came down for Snowball Derby at Five Flags Speedway, and I know we are already planning next years trip to this same place!!!

Very nice property. It was a lot of house for 2 adults and a small dog LOL. Decks were wonderful overlooking the water. Only issue we had was we are new pet owners and I have adjusted to looking for pet friendly units. However, I was not aware that I had to drive to a pet friendly beach. It was disappointing to pay for such a wonderful location and not be able to fully take advantage of it. I will be more thorough in my searches in the future.

The condo location right on the beach had all of the amenities needed to make a great stay. Great deck with view of the beach is unbeatable. Kitchen has all of the accessories, pots, pans, glasses, etc. to use to fix whatever we wanted. Bedrooms were very well decorated with nice furniture. The huge Living room TV and similarly sized 4K Roku TV in the MB is over the top great. 2 Car plus garage with a full size refrigerator & freezer are extra bonuses plus having beach chairs and boogie boards available even better. Really, the only things that could be improved upon are to fix the mattress box springs in the rooms as they are so squeaky noisy that trying to move wakes everyone up. The mattresses were comfortable though. The bathrooms could use a little updated maintenance for this price range. Overall, we all had a great time and would come back and stay in this unit.

We have been vacationing in the Pensacola area for over 30 years. Absolutely love it! We have stayed in the White Sands townhomes several times over the years. The proximity to the beach and all the activities in the area is perfect! This unit that we stayed in needed some updating/TLC. The decor and the bedding are definitely showing their age. Again... Needs some updating. We had a couple very minor issues in the unit. Called the property manager and they addressed them both immediately. They were prompt, professional, and truly happy to help in whatever way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. All & all, it was a great stay and a great week!
