Nuova inserzione dal proprietario attuale, 12 giugno 2019! Ho deciso di prendere il controllo di alcune lacune di prenotazione dal mio mgt lasciando cadere la palla. Grandi affari in una grande casa per le poche settimane restanti dell'estate, oltre a settimane autunnali redditizie! Felice di aiutarti a trovare il posto perfetto .... Ne ho parecchi ... :-)

Inoltre questo è uno dei posti preferiti dai miei ospiti. Un sacco di visitatori abituali ogni anno! Ottimo prezzo per un duplex di fronte spiaggia ristrutturato di recente. A DESTRA SULLA SPIAGGIA. Beach Axis è completamente arredato e decorato professionalmente. Ha una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie e forno a microonde.

Everything was wonderful as always! You all are always very accommodating and informative on getting us any information we need. We really do enjoy staying at your houses. The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect. No complaints here! And thank you for the cheesecake. It was delicious. I was lucky enough to get a piece of it as it was gone within a few hours! You'll be hearing from us in the future as we love the area and staying with you guys!

Great home for family beach trip. We enjoyed this house so much - everyone went on and on about the location. Almost a Fort Morgan feel with quieter beaches, but close to everything you need. The owner was fast to respond regarding any issues we had. We had 9 adults and 2 children under 2 and the space was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Our trip was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay in your home. Loved being right on the beach. We loved the location so much, including being so close to The Beach House, S & S Seafood & the ice cream shop right across the street.
The management company never came back to fix the towel rack but that was my bad for sending them away in the first place. Also, I noticed the mirror in the top floor master is only staying up by leaning against the lights. I looked behind the mirror and noticed that the nail was out of the wall. Thank you!

Overall 18 of us enjoyed our stay. Info prior to arrival was great. We needed door and wall hooks for wet towels and a broom/dust pan to sweep up sand. Third floor was extremely damp. Carpet felt wet. Pool and beach access was great!

Thanks so much for checking in! It was WONDERFUL! We loved how close it was to the beach and we got ice cream every night across the street. The anniversary celebration was amazing!
We were concerned about the neighbors but we never heard them. We are looking at booking next year with even more family as the neighbors. Would be so fun!

The owners were very quick to respond to all questions. The AC wasn't working on the third floor on our second evening. When I called the management company I didn't expect anything to be done until the next day but they had someone come out that night with a fix for the night. They replaced the unit the next day! The place was great!

The place is great. The beds were comfy, your outdoor furniture was awesome. It had everything we needed. That pool was perfect. There was a leak in the second floor door, but we reported that and they came and fixed it! It was actually from the upstairs door.

The property is in a great location right on the beach! The view is perfect and the amenities were on point. It could use a little more attention to detail in the cleanliness category. There was evidence of previous renters left in various places and dusting was overlooked in main areas. The 3rd floor does have a musty smell, which I think I read in a review previously. I am pretty particular, but I would still stay at this location again as the mentioned items were minor. The duplex style house sleeps 16 comfortably and the pool is nice and private. The owners even had delicious chocolates delivered to say "thank you" for renting their property. It was a great week!!

This year marked our 6th year in one side or the other of the Beach Axis home. And once again it did not disappoint!! Rick and his team are top notch and take care of their customers. Very convenient location on the beach with a great convenience store (Waves) directly across the street. We will be back!!

We had an awesome time once again! We love the location of the house and all the conveniences! We did call the management company twice during our stay. We had a great time and are looking at booking Beach Axis again, or maybe Sundancer next door, for our next potential trip!

We rented both sides of this home for our wedding and reception. It was wonderful. We had plenty of room. Space underneath to set some things up, and it was SO close to the water. Thank you so much for allowing us to hold our special event at your home!

Wonderful Family Vacation. Just about everything was really good. The only big drawback was that we had to wait 3 hours past our check in time to have the house cleaned. To be fair , we were warned via email that there may be a delay in checking in. One advantage this property has compared to others is the house is right next to the beach sand dunes. Most properties put the pool between the house and the beach. This property has the pool between the house and the street.

Your house was everything we wanted and needed for our reunion! All bedrooms were great. Each had its own bathroom. Living areas and balconies were perfect. We had 9 adults and it was perfect. We were there during an excessive heat warning in August so it was very hot but otherwise we enjoyed our trip immensely. And loved having a pool to cool off in! Would come back again.

We loved this house so much for our beach stay over July 4th! The location can’t be beat (two miles from the gulf shores T). The house is right on the beach, and we easily walked out and set up our tent and chairs every day. The house is located on a slice of the best beaches you can get anywhere (imho). But what we loved the most about the house is that it had so many king beds, and each room has their own bathroom(!). It was amazing. There’s also a cute basic market, ice cream shop, and restaurant literally right across the road. We basically didn’t leave this magical house during the week. We’ll be back!

This property was a perfect location on the beach. We could even walk to a grocery store and restaurant. The house was perfect for our party of nine and was even roomier than it looked like in the pictures.

5 stars all around!! This is the second year we've stayed at one of these properties and are once again extremely impressed. The property was beautiful and the location was perfect! We had two small issues and Rick and his team are super responsive and nothing but helpful. We are hoping to return next year!

The good the bad and the ugly. There was no ugly. There was no bad. The cold snap was unanticipated but even with the very cold weather we all stayed warm, toasty and had no issues. My kids will tell you I was born with a bottle of windex in hand and I found the property to be very clean when we arrived. We found the property exceptionally well equipped. There were more than adequate towels. Everyone found the beds comfortable. This was a family trip allowing me the pleasure of cooking for my family and my grandchildren. There was more than an adequate supply of dishes, silverware, pots and pans including large pots. Two bedrooms on each floor with a deck on each floor was more than enough room for all to be comfortable. We found the third floor deck gets the least amount of wind. The sunrise and sunset views are amazing as the property is situated directly behind the dunes close to the beach. There is a sandbar in the water which causes the waves to break away from the shore allowing the children to play by the shore without having to contend with waves. The birds and dolphins like to hang out by the sandbar. Upon arriving and settling in we found a few little things which needed attention, passed them on and received a thank you response. We had no issues and recommend this property without hesitation.

Our experience at Beach Axis east was great. The house was clean & as described in the listing. In fact, the house feels larger than the listing photos show. The furniture was comfortable & the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook a few family meals. The only thing I will mention that could’ve been better was the smart tvs didn’t have the usual streaming apps installed so a roku or similar device would’ve been nice.
Overall, 5 stars from us!!!

Great property. Clean, plenty of room and no crowds on beach like it can be near condos. Pool very nice and not fighting for chairs as it is for you and the other part of the duplex. Great check in and no issues during the stay.

Most furniture in house is horrible, broken drawers etc. we had to share a grill with the other duplex. Most beach houses provide some type of beach toys, umbrellas or chairs there is none at this house. Overall I would not recommend this you can get much nicer homes for the price.! We have been coming to gulf shores for 25 years and this is by far the worst home.

This home was just perfect. It was closer to the beach than any other house, the beach wasn’t crowded and the house was so roomy. The beds were comfortable, the views were spectacular. We never even heard the people in the other side of the home. You can walk to the Island ice cream, waves grocery, and the seafood market because they are just across the street. That was very convenient. This home is just a mile from the hangout. So you can actually walk just about anywhere. I would definitely recommend this house and I will be staying here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. This was the perfect location and home for our family. Being able to walk out the door onto the beach was priceless.
