This house is excellent with beautiful views overlooking Rapid City. The house is immaculately clean, well stocked with everything you need and lots of room for everybody. The hosts are great with their instructions and very responsive. 5 star stay. Our family loved it.

Many times the picture doesn’t show the actual way it looks. I can tell you this is a five star house with everything that you need. It has two beautiful decks and you feel very secluded only minutes away from all of the attractions. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this rental to anyone. Beautiful, spacious home, close to attractions. In a quiet neighborhood with a nice view off either deck. The house was clean and well maintained. We had 8 adults and one child, and more than enough room for everyone.

It was a great location for our venturing out to explore the Badlands/Mount Rushmore area. Very spacious home at a reasonable cost and the morning view on the deck for coffee was amazing!!

We had 9 people stay in the house for my dad’s 74th birthday and the Sturgis Rally. The house was perfect! Different seating areas for small groups of people to sit and chat. Very clean house with beautiful indoor and outdoor views and seating. The only thing I would change is maybe bigger pots and pans to cook enough food for a larger group. Thank you for an amazing weekend on the other side of the state!!

Where to begin? 6 guys for my 50th birthday rode from California to Rapid City on our bikes. Location was perfect! House was great! Door dash was perfect for us! We went shopping at Walmart down the street. If I have one suggestion that would be an updated pots and pans set. That is my only thing I could think of! If we roll back to Sturgis, I will be booking this house again!

Lovely house in a great neighborhood with easy access to everything we wanted to do! Great views! We really enjoyed the outdoor space! House was well stocked and very functional. Very nice gas grill. Towels were really nice! This was the first family vacation with all of our kids and grandchildren - 6 adults plus 2 kids and 2 toddlers. We had a great time.

With the monuments to the west, end old Rapid City just to the east. This house is perfectly situated to get you to everything you might want to do or see within moments. The four floors of this well kept house was perfect for our group of six with enough beds and space for everyone. We cooked in the kitchen, had a scrumptious dinner at the dining room table and then played a game, laughing deep into the night.

This was an Amazing property and the kids loved it so much more than a confined hotel room! The communication was excellent. The kids were able to have room to play and a bedroom to themselves to enjoy! Highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to stay there again.

We were very happy with our stay. It did get a little warm inside as it looked like there was a little problem with the air conditioning but overall the stay was wonderful. Great location! Great neighborhood!

The house was well equipped with all that we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable except the upstairs bedrooms stayed too warm for our comfort. When we turned the cooler on, the downstairs would get cool but the upstairs stayed warm. It was a struggle keeping everyone comfortable as far as temp settings. When we arrived there was no hot water available and my husband went downstairs to check the hot water heater and the pilot light was out. He relit the pilot and the issue was resolved and we had hot water. My sister in law who is in her 60’s fell twice going downstairs. She decided to use the downstairs bed room because of the temp issue upstairs. The landing is deceptive because there is one more step from where the wall ends and it blends with the hardwood so she missed that step twice. My husband pulled a rug from the bathroom just so she would see the contrast between the bottom step and the landing and that worked. The railing on the back deck is very flimsy so don’t lean on it and if you have small children beware of the railing. It’s a long drop to the ground and it has concrete stone below so someone could get hurt badly. There is no blind in the kitchen window so if you are trying to cook breakfast its hard to see with the sun blaring in your eyes. Don’t get me wrong, I love the sun and watching the sunrise but in the kitchen it was blinding. I rigged up a make curtain with paper towels and that worked. All in all we had a good stay, I would rate the stay 7/10 based on the comfort, cleanliness, and location.

4 70 year old guys stayed 4 nights recreating a former high school graduation trip from 52 years ago. Perfect spot.

We were here for 5 nights while we visited all the sites in SD. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked for our needs. Family loved the big TV in the basement and we liked not having to share a bathroom with the boys!
