Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Leuten in der Unterkunft. Diese war für uns mehr als ausreichend groß, es gab zudem zwei Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer pro Schlafzimmer. Alle Zimmer waren ordentlich, es gab Toilettenpapier und Handtücher und eine Klimaanlage. Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Schwamm, ..., sodass wir dort gut leben konnten. Das Highlight war der Pool. Er ist nicht beheizt und bietet damit eine wunderbare Abkühlung im heißen Kairo. An der Rückseite des Gartens befindet sich keine Mauer, sodass der Pool theoretisch von Außen einsehbar ist. Das war aufgrund der ruhigen Nachbarschaft jedoch kein Problem für uns. Die bewachte Nachbarschaft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, man konnte sich sehr sicher fühlen. Nicht weit von der Gated Comunity befinden sich zahlreiche Geschäfte zum Einkaufen, Essen und Verweilen. Ein weiteres Highlight war der Kontakt zu unserem Gastgeber, der stets freundlich und hilfsbereit war und auch zwischendurch Hilfe schicken konnte, wenn wir diese benötigten. Wir sind mit der Villa zu 100% zufrieden und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für diese tolle Erfahrung.

Wir hätten gerne einen Smart TV gehabt, aber der Gastgeber wird sich in Zukunft darum kümmern.

Spacious and enough for 9-10 persons or even more. I liked the location. Inside a protected compound with security check points Near City Star Mall and City Center Almaza Mall

After reading the owner's reply I'm obligated to tell the truth and defend my position. 1- I didn't ask for a free day. It was the owner who suggested it since first meeting trying to satisfy and please me after my disappointment from the condition of the Villa. 2- I didn't break the door handle I mentioned in my comments. I'm surprised and upset from the owner's false accusations in his reply, and I wanted to clear things up for other potential visitors. Don't get fooled by the smile and treatments. It's your right to get service worth what you've been showed and what you've paid for. If I were in the owner's position, I would work on the maintenance and cleaning to improve my property, instead of spending time to reply false accusations and lies just to save my property's rating. I had to say that I explained all my dislikes to the owner and he explained the reasons for them. Major reason according to him is the vacation season and had difficulties finding cleaning and maintenance labor. Anyway its my obligation to mention what I experienced to fullest details as possible. I disliked the following: Poor maintenance as a whole in the Villa like: - broken door handle and broken chairs in the garden - water leaking air conditioner Poor cleaning ex. Found several insects ( 5 Cockroaches) (May be due to the incoming of the summer, but not an excuse for me) Although the Villa has a private swimming pool, but the it didn't have full privacy. The rear or back wall of the Villa is not built and its open to the public or compound garden, so the pool is open to air (public view) from that side. Kids could swim alright, but grownup women could not if they want to swim privately and comfortably. (Pictures of the property will not show you the full surroundings of the swimming pool) Be ware!

One of the best places I've stayed in Cairo. Friendly owner who will solve everything that happens. Do not hesitate to contact him. Nice, quiet and comfortable place, private pool. Close to the airport or shopping. Highly recommend if you want to visit Cairo.

There is dust everywhere, but this is Egypt. You just have to count on it :)

The place is clean great area owner is very friendly and respectful it was me and my family visiting from US. And the villa was one of the best places we stayed in I recommend it 10/10

Everything was great

AMAZING spacious villa that is located minutes from everything that there is to see/do in Cairo!

Property was spacious, 4 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, swimming pool available with a back yard and barbeque place. Full kitchen available, large living area and hall; villa is located within a secure gated community with an additional gate to segregate between residential apartments and stand-alone villas. Property owner was always reachable and willing to assist in any manner. He was quite hospitable and cooperative. Having cold/heat ACs wa definitely a plus given the very cold weather at night.

There was no smart TV available, although standard cable service was there. Preferred to have more amenities such as extra towels, soap / body wash and shampoo. Bedding could have been better but serves the purpose.

The villa was very nice. Collecting the keys was simple.

The wifi disconnected a little here and there but not so much
