Nice people there. The room was so hot. Put the ac on and in 4 hours it decreased 1 degree. A guy came to fix it but it only dropped 3 degrees all night. The shuttle doesn’t run 24/7. If I would have known or checked I wouldn’t have stayed there. Plane left at 6 am and the first shuttle was 5:10 am so clearly wasn’t gonna work.

Room 333 terrible room thumping noise all night till 6am in the morning reported to desk staff the manager said there’s no nite that’s not my problem that’s the desk staff they should have take note of it We stayed at Double Tree 275 S Airport Blvd Staff and Manager rude and arrogant performance, I will never recommend this Hotel stay to any of my friends and families

A dozen minor issues but the two primary reasons I will not return is 1.) whoever designed the room must have a light phobia, the room is unpleasantly dark, including the fixture by the bed w a wire hanging out, and 2.) $19 for surface parking. This was a surprise. First DoubleTree I have stayed at that charged for parking. I question the ethics. Just put the fee into the room price.

The hotel needs to be maintained, every thing is old. The room is so cheap equipped, there are numbers of outlets could not provide power. So inconvenient

I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone with an overnight connection. The airport shuttle service ends at 10:30p, which I had just missed and had to pay $40 for a 1 minute Uber ride to the hotel. The airport shuttle the next morning was overcrowded due to many stops shared by other hotels. My luggage was damaged by the driver digging through the pile of bags as he stopped at each terminal. I was also charged twice for two $20 drinks I bought at the lobby mart due to the staff not knowing how to use the computer system. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone with an overnight connection.

Our hotel shuttle from the airport was terrible. We called five times and waited an hour and a half. When we finally arrived and told the staff about our experience, they could have cared less. We received no apology or compensation.

Early check in our bags were stored very easy Only issue Kuerig coffee machine did not drip ? We had it exchanged the replacement didn’t drip either ? Simple instructions but couldn’t get it to work

Fast check in and the rooms are very updated and spacious.

1. I was not told i will be charged 20$ for parking per day 2. Breakfast horrible (not tasty, poor quality, too expensive)

We needed a hotel near the airport. This was a perfect location and offered a free shuttle. On site restaurant but also eating opportunities within a relatively short walking distance.

COZY

We had a reservation for 1 night in order to get to the airport the next morning. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us for an early check in so we could leave our bags at the hotel before exploring San Francisco. However, we were disappointed when the water stopped working in our hotel from. When we called the front desk, they said that the hotel was experiencing water issues and they would let us know when it was back up and running. They also said the manager was coming around to rooms. The manager never came and were never notified about the water turning back on. We did eventually turn the shower on and there was water but it was disappointing to have no communication with the hotel about this issue. After a long travel day and flying the next day, we wanted a shower so it was a shame that this happened. However, the hotel restaurant and airport shuffle were perfect.

A good airport hotel. Our 2nd floor room was a little noisy, though.

Clean and spacious rooms. No swimming pool.

It was okay… not above average. The restaurant food was mediocre. The shuttle bus is confusing because there are 4 Doubletrees at SFO. I’ve stayed at the other doubletree on airport blvd and liked it much better.

We stayed here for a quicker weekend trip to San Francisco. The hotel itself is older but well kept. The area this hotel is in is run down. We felt safe enough to walk to Starbucks and grab coffee.

Wanted to stay away from hotels in San Francisco proper...bad reviews about surrounding areas and issues regarding auto break ins and avoiding human feces we're prevalent while searching...many recommendations about staying near airport...they seem to hit the nail on the head

The hotel is refurbished but still feels a bit dated. Customer service is ok. Simple things like bottled water in the rooms would be nice.

I like all of the above, one can really rest and have a good time.

We weren’t happy our stay there their toilet something something wrong and then their light is to dark can’t even see well at night. The energy of the room are no Good. Very disappointed.Never gonna come back.
