We had a wonderful stay. The staff is very friendly and made us feel at home.

It's not what I liked but what I did not like. The TV set up in my room was hard to operate, All I need is on/off button, volume control, and channel selector buttons plus a channel line up page,
And the toilet in the bathroom needs to be replaced, when you sit down on it the seat was not only loose but only 12 inches high off the floor, I felt like I was sitting on a children's potty !

I got a good nightly rate for the three days I was working in the area. Clean room. As they say, clean, dry, and serviceable. I was given an ice cold water when I checked in. Candies on my bed. Everything worked like it should. Good stay!

Well no outside rooms no ice machine down went to desk rang bell 5 times no answer. No Kleenex bed so high I needed a stool to get in bed. Only smoking rooms on first floor

The hallway close to the Lobby smells like urine, the vents were filthy inside the room & bathroom. The A/C and the vents were disgustingly dirty.

After several nights in a poor hotel, I needed a good place to rest. The price was excellent, and the service starts in the gorgeous lobby. Whoever runs this hotel cares about its appearance. The desk clerk was polite, even late at night, and everything was clean. The beds are firm & comfortable, and the chairs are sturdy. My only complaint was that the freezer needed defrosting, but everything else worked perfectly.

Front desk workers was friendly and helpful, housekeeping was friendly . I had a bad cold and didn't want to go to the store it was raining outside and I asked a lady walking down the hall if she had anything for a headache and she told me her sister was going to the store and they would pick me up something. I didn't know until later they was in housekeeping. Very nice and helpful

Super convenient location next to the highway, but generally just a good hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. In terms of bang for your buck this is the best place to stay at in Ardmore for sure.
