Stayed before and recognised for that. Rooms are clean and large enough, daily room service is very good. Breakfast is excellent, food room service and restaurant meals are also good. Pool area a little tired but bar service and food very good. Manuel is a great representative for the hotel.

Was here last year and the hotel looked a bit worn. This year it appears that the Castro's has done some renovations and updates. Needed and has been well done. Will continue coming here

Bathroom had mold on the tiles. Carpets dirty and moldy. Rooms have not been remodeled since 1986. No air conditioning on the hallway and the elevators. It was truly discusting.

Good location, but not a 4 star hotel. I was at the 13th floor and the WiFi was not working; after I called the reception desk 3x, the problem was not fixed and I spent the whole week anchored in my mobile phone. Food is “ok”, although they charge 10% extra for self service buffet (??).

I did not like that in the pool area they allow smoking. They must have more staff to clean and tend the area. They should not allow drinking or eating inside the pool.

A classic that hasn’t changed much over the last 10 - 15 years. Nevertheless, this place is still the reference of excellence in Goiania. All staff members are extremely professional and pleasing. The attached hotel restaurant is another reference for excellent food and service

The room and bathrooms need remodeling just old and worn out.

The free breakfast was phenomenal! Everything one might want and more. The ambience was peaceful even though in the middle of downtown. The lobby and dining area are very open with a vaulted ceiling and water running down in the roof glass giving beautiful light effects. Tastefully and artistically decorated. Though our room had a “double” it was really a king-sized bed. The mattress was just right; firm but not too firm. The sheets were super comfy. Had we brought our suits we would certainly have taken advantage of the nice, clean pool. I would recommend it to anyone.

Este hotel parece que já foi grandioso no seu tempo mas atualmente necessita urgentemente de uma redecoração. As portas e o carpet do corredor em más condições. O quarto que inicialmente nos disponibilizaram definitivamente não valia o preço que pagamos, banheiro antigo, mobília quebrada. Mudamos de quarto 2 vezes até encontrar um decente. Achei os preços abusivos para a condição do hotel. O café da manhã muito básico. Não retornaremos.

Very pleasant hotel in Goiania. Super friendly and helpfull staff, English speaking staff (!!) at front desk. Efficient check-in; fast elevators, spacious room, complete bathroom, safe parking area, good breakfast, coffee and tea available in the lobby, free and fast wifi, large pool, well within reach of restaurants, shops.

I liked the amenities, however the building looked really tired and weary. It needs to be upgraded and modernised. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hospitality is wonderful. It might be helpful to have a microwave or kettle in the room at the request of those customers who want to boil water to make a cup of tea.
