Nice location if you want to be close to the airport. Quite noicy nothing around you so no option but to buy there over priced food and bar services

We were disappointed in regards to the additional fee of $45 for early check in. We arrived around 10:30am and we were scheduled to depart at 4:30am the next day, felt it was an unnecessary fee.

It did exceed my standards in terms of cleanliness, but what I think stood out the most was the restaurant. We went to dinner in a Saturday night and it was so lively with the best waiter. We had a great time.

We had a basic room , nothing special but clean and very affordable. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the desk to the deli counter, even the maintenance people said hello as you walked by. I was really impressed. I want to specifically name Igracio. Really appreciated having the 24 hour café available prices were reasonable. Food was good and Reasonably priced

Hotel feels old. I was surprised to see it was IHG since it is usually a better hotel. Toilet was broken and didn’t flush.

My experience here was unbelievably . The hote not only looked clean. It smelled great. Never have ever went into a hotel. Room and it smelled this good. 5tars or more. And the staff was spectacular everyone was so nice from the driver to the front desk.To Bar tender and the food was delicious. Thank you so much for the great experience.

The vending machines were broken/out of order on all the floors, most likely on purpose so you have to go downstairs and buy food and drinks with a high markup since there’s no where to go eat or a store close to the property. The hotel nickels and dimes you for EVERYTHING.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Front desk, the food area, and the shuttle drivers. My room was cozy. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows and sheets were separately awesome! Embroidered pillowcases?? Who does that anymore? Only downside was I could hear the tenants upstairs from a vent in the bathroom. I shut the door and could no longer hear them. Recommend this place highly!

The general stay was great. The breakfast at the restaurant was not eatable but not great. The pancakes were the worst; they were very dry.
When we got there, the baby wash in the bathroom was empty, and even after the cleaning on day one, it remained empty. I had to ask for some at the front desk.

My stay was good. But if check out is at 11am. Please dont try to get in my room at 9am and 10:30. Thats was very frustrating since i was already late getting in from California due to flight delays

Property extremely dated, smelled like mold, and it just wasn't comfortable. Some of the staff needed a refresher on professionalism. The room I had was pretty clean for the most part, however, certain parts of the hotel looked like it was cleaned at vs being thoroughly cleaned up. The plus side though was the restaurant on the 9th floor. The food was pretty good and the staff was solid. I would visit the restaurant again, but I would not stay a single night in the hotel. I was actually quite surprised that the property was a Holiday Inn. That property needs a serious face lift and some new staff.

it was close to the airport with a shuttle which was very handy and you could get also transportation by the shuttle to the port for taking the cruise although you had to pay but it was a great way of dealing with clients. also the happy hour (Latin) was really great service excellent.
