The service at the restaurant was terrible ,we waited forever for drinks and to order. The food took a long time to come and it wasn’t busy at all. The food was not that good at all.
On a good note, the atmosphere and amenities were fantastic

Food at main dining hall was awful. Rooms outdated. Walls of rooms so thin the people in the room woke us up at 2 am romping - awful!! Will never go back

Service was excellent and extremely professional, food was good, amenities were excellent. Only complaint is about the quality of some parts of the room—plastic tub with some mildew in it, old brown carpet that felt kinda dirty.

Luv the place, I've been several times & it's very relaxing but can also be fun. Food is amazing, with one condition pool area bar is decent but the drinks are even better

Grand Resort is a phenomenal get away, staff is amazing, the pools are exceptional, and food is great. I am definitely going back soon

The property is very nice, clean and have enough areas walking distance to eat and drink. The pool area is nice. The servers by the pool area should learn to focus on everyone in that area and not pick and choose who to serve. It was strange for while not sure if was a race thing or what the issue was. The second day was better we had good servers for food and the pool area. Chop house steak restaurant was cool but needs more options on the menu. I did enjoy my time at the Grand Resort overall!!

I had a great stay I would have gave a 5 star but the shower i had needs a remodel the price of one night the bathroom should be updated. They updated sink and mirror but not the shower. Place is beautiful other than that!

This was our first time staying at a resort overnight. We enjoyed dining at the Chop House & the Atrium for the 2 days we stayed. The Roman Bath was nice (thought it would be warmer). One issue we had was the constant noise from the hallway. We could hear every conversation, doors opening & closing. We would probably pick a different style room next time, but the King suite was not what I expected. The room was clean but smaller than what we are use to when get a suite at other hotels. The staff was very pleasant from the time we arrived until we left. I had one bad interaction with a gentleman who was working in the cigar lounge but his co-worker was very polite which smoothed things over.

Spa and employees were exceptional and Food was not the same old menu offerings. Everything had a wonderful spin to normal recipe offerings. Drinks options were plentiful and reasonably priced. Rooms and decor were updated and pleasing throughout resort.

We had a wonderful weekend at The Grand Resort. The amenities were fabulous and the restaurants were great. Only complaint is the walls in our room were very thin and we could hear everything in the room next door. Wasn’t a problem Friday night but Saturday was very rambunctious. Other than that we had a great stay.

This Roman-style resort has a 90 degree outdoor pool all winter long open 24 hours - the chicken parmasean at the restaurant was great and delivered to the room within 20 minutes.

It is always a pleasure to come here but service at breakfast needs work , just the timelyness and the orders being correct. Other than that everything was great and always has been, the staff has always been Pleasant thank you so much!

Beautiful hotel. My family stayed there for my mom’s funeral in West Middlesex. The location was convenient and the best hotel in that area. I have stayed there before and would do so in the future.

10 outta 10 I’ll recommend I enjoyed every part of this resort I booked a queen suite but ended up with a double which had nothing to do with the resort because I booked 3rd party! Other than that I will be returning soon
