We have stayed at this same property at least once a year for most of the last 20 years. It has changed hands a couple of times and the quality has varied but for the most part it has always been a comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay.

I travel a lot and don't think I am really picky, but this place was bad. It is an old hotel and it looks like it has been renamed a few times. The parking lot is rugged as well as any landscaping. You enter through locking outside doors. People always seem to be standing around the doors hoping you will let them in. Hallways had a must odor. The room had no decoration. The bedding was neat and clean. The window was the dirtiest window I have ever seen. It had green algae growing on it! Just an over all creepy feeling about the place. Desk staff were very nice. I liked the cheap price, but I will happily pay more for a better place.

I’m not sure what I was expecting for the price I paid, but I probably got exactly that. Went in with the attitude of it’s either this or sleeping in my car, and in hindsight I should have just slept in my car.

We keep going back....lol

The room wasn’t up to my standards

The hotel was overbooked and didn’t stay there

The prices were great and the property team took pride in their work and environment. You would see the cleaning ladies or the maintenance workers working to clean, maintain & improve things. I even observed a security guard at night doing safety checks. And there is a Aldi and a KFC, a gas station all in walking distance. It’s a nice quiet area with Orlando approximately 45 minutes drive away.

The hotel has seen better days. Some of the sockets didn't work, the shower in the bathroom didn't work, there was no water. it made a very unkempt impression

Management is rude had me check out today due to an oversight with overlapped booking tried to change the reservations and the internet wouldn't work so she felt the manager that is that it would be best fit if I left now being disabled and had to leave and pack up all my belongings in 45 minutes and get it into my car alone because there's no service to allow you to do that to get the help. First of all there's no microwaves in the room the pool is green yet still open to use and I was a pool manager and I know that it's not safe there's no smoke alarm in the room but yet there's a space for it the reason we don't have microwaves is cuz there was two fires possibly in my room cuz that's what the smoke alarm was ripped off I also found drug problem in the drawer drug paraphernalia in the drawer so there's definitely sketchy business going on here, a fire alarm went off this morning and there was no one to tell us what was going on my ears are still ringing I went to ask and got two different answers first it was someone smoking outside too close to the building then it was that someone was smoking in the room yet no one came to tell us or to warn us to get outside or to assist us again being disabled and had to figure this out on my own I was able to gather my things and get outside and make sure everyone else is right when it was management to do so. the LLC purchased this hotel is going to remodel but site says permanently closed. I refund please for entire stay here

The property is filled with black mold all over the hotel rooms, when I told the manager about the hotel she kept my deposit and kicked me out.

No jacuzzi, no discount at Denny’s, had a hard time opening my card lock door and the candy machine ate my coins

This hotel is disgusting. Homeless people living in the halls, dirty bathroom, shower didnt drain, TV didnt work, room stunk.

Unfortunately, the ceiling in the bathroom had mold on it. The bathtub had a big spot where the shell was coming off.

Hotel was ruin town. Dirty dingy carpet, leave all over the hall floor the two day I was there. Haul had a strong mold /Midlew aroma to the point that I was gagging walking to my room. When I walked to the pool the grass was very grown up and not kept up at all. It looked like someone previously broke into my room door with a crowbar. Staff was friendly and it had an attached Dennys but that was the only positive.

The reception when I check in was pleasant. But the reception at check out was rude.

Upon arrival to Space Coast Hotel, we reluctantly completed check in. The clerk was very friendly and courteous, yet the rooms are in a deplorable condition. Initial assigned room #206 reeked of canine and urine, second room#208 was filthy, dirty door and carpet, room and bathroom ceiling, walls and windowsills were all full of black mold. After alerting front desk and being told they had no more rooms we contacted hotels.com and sent photos of the room. We immediately checked out and was handed a preprinted slip of paper containing an email address for complaints and refund requests. Spoke to manager on Sunday, she refused refund based on third party booking and any other excuse she could think of. This place should be fined and immediately shut down for their immoral practice of scamming non suspecting out of town travelers out of their hard-earned money.

For the money it was ok. Saw one roach, not so good for me, i hate them. People sit on the curb to smoke outside our widow. No problem for us but if we wanted to open curtains they are right there!

Older Hotel, needs to be updated, room was clean.

They lie on me and my hubby said oh i see your husband clean out your van i send roaches in your van so we don't want to rent to youll any more and oh you had pee in our bed and the dog doo on the floor but all these lies was because they gave someone eles our room and they did all that lieing just to say we are not renting to you no more. I ordered a walk in shower room with higher toilet they gave my room to someone eles cause they thought i was not going to come up with the deposit and i did so they gave me someone eles room and said thats the room i order. But no i will never go back to that hotel at all when i went in there the first time i came there i saw 2 big spider in the room and trash was still in the room no towels no wash clothes and no toiletries nether the paper. So no i will not go back there again

First let me say I realize I did not book a 5 star hotel but let’s be honest I didn’t expect a disgusting and more rancid place as this. The first thing noticeable was the wet moldy and urine smell in the hallway areas,the bed cover had huge dark brown stains only one outlet worked,there was apt of rust in the bathroom the ceiling was broken in the bathroom, killed a huge cockroach in the bathroom we had asked to change rooms but supposedly it was full and it was too late to change hotels as we was leaving the next day but this place is atrocious and should be boarded up and completely remodeled possibly even condemned I can’t even continue to describe how bad this place was and listen I’m pretty laid back but this place should be called ratchet coast hotel

Friendly staff

We asked staff for towels multiple times, they said they’d bring it but never got it. There’s mold on the ceilings everywhere and we killed like 5 cockroaches.

This guy lace was horrible… I don’t tee commend my dog staying here… the area is shady too

Dirity, and Mold property, The only thing that was ok was the Denny's Resturant next door, This used to be a Ramanna INN, now space coast, Hotel, No security, homeless people were behind the building at night, the lamps in the room were Rusty,and the one lamp did not work so I had to switch one builb to make one work this hotel not only need a remodel, but a refit, in addition the cleaning staff, were in short supply maybe one person who you did not see to help with over 300 rooms please, their $100.00 charge for useing insenadentals was horrible, most hotels only charge $20.00 or $50.00 then refund you. this is a run down hotel that should be taken off the lists of expedia.com

We arrived to a very sketchy looking hotel at 11:40 at night. Walked into room that smelled of mold and mildew so bad it knocked you down. Went back to desk unable to find anyone who worked there, I guess when we checked in she checked out. The floor near air conditioner was completely soaked and had standing water. My son couldn’t get shower to work so my husband told him we would look at it in morning just get some sleep. We were leaving on a cruise the next day. We woke up around 7 to find the shower didn’t work at all barely a few drops. Went to front desk to a sign that said they would open at 8. We packed our stuff got ready the best we could. Went down at 8 and told the lady at desk about the smell and the fact the water didn’t work at all and that they floor at air conditioner was soaked. She offered to put us in another room for showers but we had to leave if she had been there at 7 as there website says 24 hours front desk it may have worked. She gave us name of manager and told us to call at 1 to complain and an email address as well. I emailed on way to ship and still no response a week later. I also called at 1 that day to a very rude lady who told me Tonya wouldn’t be in until next day. I told her we would be on a cruise and could not call back and asked if she could call her and give her my number to take care of it before we left because we would be unreachable. She said well that’s just tough figure it out. Nothing has been resolved!!
