Pictures of property were far different than what we experienced once checked. Definitely an older hotel. We ended up checking out a day early and going to a different hotel about 1 block away for not much price difference and a far better experience.

The Rosedale has a lot going for it: excellent central Vancouver location, very roomy accommodations, kitchen. We've stayed in at least a dozen hotels in Vancouver, each for a different need and varying caliber. Chose the Rosedale because we wanted a central location, needed secure parking (with taxes around CAD$30/night par for downtown Vancouver). As Expedia Gold members were given an upgrade to a high floor. Great bedroom, bed, views but - kitchen/living area was dark (no window). Called down & requested a change - staff immediately found a room with a wall of windows for kitchen, living, bedroom. MUCH better. Appreciate staff that will listen to a guest's preferences! Housekeeping was outstanding: lovely friendly people - showed concern that things were done as wanted. As you'd expect for an Aparthotel, the kitchen is basic but all anyone could need for a week or less stay, esp with markets, cafes, restaurants all around this spot.

Smooth check in and added complimentary gifts in suite was appreciated. Great service from front desk to room cleaning. Central to walk easily to downtown, waterfront, Gastown etc.

only issue I had with hotel was the beds where on the harder side made for difficulty sleeping otherwise beautiful hotel

Room was good. I had book two separate rooms and was hoping to fix it in person but there was miscommunication with customer service where it didnt really fix my issue. But stay was okay, upper room city view was great.

Like a time capsule from the 90s but it was clean and comfortable. The staff provided excellent and friendly service. The location couldn’t be better, close to venues, shopping, and food.

We were only there for a short night. Didn’t enjoy any of the hotel amenities. The room was supposed to have a pull out couch. It did not. Disappointing. Great location

The rooms are generous. Love the open windows for air flow. Location is great. Pool, steam isgreat. No longer provide breakfast with room. Pump febreeze into hotel and rooms. Horrendous for anyone sensitive. Chemicals are terrible for anyones health.

I hated to say goodbye to my perfect little one bedroom suite! My room was neat and tidy and very quiet. The overall vibe at the hotel was friendly and helpful!

It nice & , relaxing supper clean. They were respectful in every way. Needed that time to relax with my Wife that passed away 4 days after.

The location of this hotel was good, it is an older building redone, and it is clean, and the staff are friendly. The room was quiet, I would definitely stay here again.

Central in the sports and theatre areas. Good for walking to events and to the boat transportation around False Creek and Granville Island. Also it is not far from Gas Town.

the location of this place is perfect. walkable to anywhere in the city. pretty hard to beat the value as well. I'd take this place never getting an update to keep the rates reasonable for sure.

I enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The bedroom was great with a lovely view. Breakfast is quite simple with few choices and no hot food (no scrambeld eggs or bacon). The rest is really noce.

Overall our stay was great. The floor staff was super helpful and went the extra mile. They have a treasure chest with new toys for kids, which a super cute perk. The pool was small and really really cold. The rooms are outdated and could use a reno, but we loved how the living room was separate from the bedroom so we could stay up late and have adult hang out time after our kids went to sleep. The location of this hotel is nice, although not directly on a skytrain or bus route do be prepared to walk a little 400m-600m. Overall it was a great stay, good location and great staff. Would stay here again, especially if they warmed the pool and did a wee reno maybe have 2 queen beds instead of doubles. Or one queen one double. We sleep on a king at home so it did feel a wee cramped at night. The beds were very comfortable.

The staff were friendly, and the room was huge, comfortable, and clean. However, it's an older property and could use a renovation. The bathroom was especially dated, and the shower head could use a replacement. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rosedale on Robson hotel during my visit to Vancouver, and I couldn't be more satisfied! My suite was absolutely lovely—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. A special shoutout to Kyle at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. He was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the check-in process a breeze. Honestly, I have no complaints whatsoever. This hotel has truly set the standard for my future stays. I visit Vancouver every month, and I will definitely be returning to this gem! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was huge and very clean, we also had a lovely view of the city. Found it very easy to get around using the hotel as our base. Only feedback is we never got fold about pool/breakfast etc at check in!

All very nice except we had 2 double beds and one was comfy but the other was really soft. Obviously very different mattresses. Other than that the property was excellent. We would stay there again but check the mattresses on arrival to our room.

We've had a wonderful stay at the Rosedale. The location is ideal and the hotel is very well run. Staff were all top grade and the room was nice. Everything in the hotel was very clean and they have an extensive recycle program that we were impressed with.

Great view

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place, the suite was quite spacious and, most importantly, quiet! I couldn't hear any neighbors above, below, or next door, so for that part alone I would happily stay here again. The location was convenient, and the street itself was pretty quiet. My only complaint is that the kitchen appliances could have been better cleaned/maintained (the Keurig coffee machine was rusty inside, the silverware was all sticky in a questionably clean or dirty type of way...). But I ended up eating out most of the time, and just got coffee from one of the many coffee shops nearby instead of using the machine, so neither of those points were huge deals for me. Would happily stay here again!

Excellent hotel, great location, easy to get to and from, although parking more expensive than some places.

Great stay, the building is starting to show its age. The staff made up for it though, they were solid!
