Staff was very nice and attentive. Location was great, right in the middle of the French Quarter. Room was very clean but very small as was the bathroom. Parking across the street is OK just pricey. All in all we liked our stay.

Classic French Quarter hotel. Exactly what I was looking for. But, because it was older, I was pleasantly surprised that it was so clean and comfortable. The staff was beyond friendly.

Crazy maze to get to room but nice surprise once there. Historic room with exposed beams and bricks walls but new bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

This was the perfect location in the French quarter! Very close walk to everything but never had an issue with noise. We were able to check in early around 2pm when we arrived on a Monday. There was a doorman at all times and the front was locked at 10pm I believe. Our room had a mini fridge with a microwave near the vending machine. We didn’t personally use the pool but it seemed clean. We loved the courtyard and sat there with a nightcap from the bars before turning in for the night. Right next to a coffee shop and close to so many things!

The female receptionists were very feiendly but there was one older guy who barely smiled. Like he was unhappy to be there.

We loved the quiet and safe location hotel; it was walking distance from bourbon and Jackson square, the value is amazing. Cute courtyard as well!

The staff were amazing and so helpful! The room was pretty with a slight view if a lush courtyard and the interior had beautiful brick. The restroom was small and the shower had some mold and hard water stains on the glad but that was all. The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was nice and very close to everything. Only a couple issues… there was construction happening on our building and when you opened the curtains you were greeted by a scaffold. Also we were unable to enjoy the courtyard because it was usually filled with smokers and the smoke lingered.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is in a historic area. I really like the courtyard and having a coffee shop right next to the hotel. The rooms are decorated nice and are very cozy.

I stayed as part of a large group at the hotel, and they could not have been more accommodating. All of the ground floor staff were friendly and welcoming at every turn. I loved my interior room that kept out the noise of the French Quarter. The only downside was, the Wi-Fi could’ve been a bit stronger.

Room was fantastic, clean, and had a cold A/C. It's an old building so some doors and walkways are very narrow, otherwise everything about it was great, the price, friendliness, service, very quiet at night, very comfy beds. Couldn't ask for a better deal in the French Quarters for the money.

Great staff and great hotel just a bit difficult to get in to until you park. Good parking across the street but you have to check in first to use it and there isn’t much room to stop in front of the hotel to go in and check in.

This is a great place to stay if you are a tourist checking out the french quarter. Bourbon street is about a 5 minute walk, 3 blocks away, close enough to walk but far enough to be quiet at the hotel. Canal street can be walked to in about 10 minutes. Room is updated and clean, and the staff is nice. One big issue though was that you can hear absolutely everything through the front door. You can sometimes hear conversations through walls.

The only reason I rate the property condition and facility so low is because we could hear every single door close and it sounded like they were being slammed even if they weren’t. This is my second time here and I love the location and the hotel and every thing else, but please for the love of god, do something about the doors. I know there’s a door thing that slows it down at the last little bit of closing. If not that, felt pads or something.

If you’re looking to stay in the French Wuarter and near Bourbon St. but still be away from the big crowds, this is the place for you. We were able to be a 5-10min to all the attractions we wanted to see and all the restaurants as well. The hotel room was very clean, beds were so soft and pillows felt amazing. The bathroom was a bit small, but that didn’t bother us. The neighborhood as very safe too, being only a few blocks away from Bourbon St. The ambiance of the hotel was very old-style New Orleans, which added to the lore of the place. Overall, 10/10, and shoutout to the staff who were very accommodating and respectful.

Everything about my stay was amazing. From accommodating an early check in, the romantic atmosphere, the pool and courtyard were quaint. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again!

Perfect location: close to the action of the French Quarter and the music clubs of Frenchmen Street but far enough away to be quiet and quaint. Beautiful and calm interior courtyard with a nice little pool. Professional, efficient and friendly staff. Lots of dining and drinking options close by. Also, I was pleasantly surprised and how much I liked the quiet and sleep-ability of a windowless room!

We loved our trip. The old charm of the hotel made it that much better. It was our first trip to NOLA and we didn't want to leave. Everything was walkable and the hotel was exactly how the pics looked!! We loved EVERY minute of our time :) We couldn't have found a better property!
