Very happy with this hotel. We stayed one night before a very early flight from COS. Excellent service at check in. Spacious room in great condition. Will do this again.

I would describe this place as old, dated ashtray. The smell of the smoke is disturbing.

Had to book a room at last minute because of a delayed flight overnight. Booking process was seamless and got their shuttle without a hitch. Gus was our driver (a former water speed boat racer) who was friendly, helpful and full of experiences. The room was big, clean and what we needed after a long day at the airport. Would recommend them.

Rose is amazing, Tiffany the bartender, Gud the maintenance man and Cat at the front desk, I know there are others but truly one of the best hotels I have stayed at, out of the main drag so it was peaceful as well. Didn't have to worry about random folks walking around at night or another time. And very clean and not fabuloso clean, if you know what I mean. Thank you all.

This property exceeded my expectations. Very clean, room is very dark for sleeping during the day, delicious breakfast, and a comfortable bed. It was awesome. We will be back!

If your looking to get any work on via internet, good luck. It is extremely slow and location of this hotel I had spotty connection between two mobile plans as well. I received a parking notice that my rental car was going to be towed as it was in a 'no parking zone' yet there was no red lines or notice stating so. The Air Show was going on and the parking lot was plump full. Upon arrival I asked to see a room that I received an email about an upgrade. I was declined as the worker did not know that was an option yet I showed them the email. I was already tired and exhausted from traveling all day, I just let it go. I requested no housekeeping for the week and we'd ask if we needed anything as we were staying over a week. The clerk made a comment it's their policy to enter rooms every 3 days. I requested then perhaps on day 4. Morning on day 3, housekeeping enters our hotel room with my teenager inside. They take the dirty towels and garbage but didn't replenish anything like coffee, sugar etc. Instead they made beds, we didn't request to be made. Housekeeping never came back the remainder of our stay and my 10% hotel deposit was refunded back to me upon this entry inspection. Crazy. I've done a lot of traveling and I've never had a 10% required deposit or housekeeping demanding to clean rooms on day 3. I will say that the morning breakfast was very nice. My family enjoyed it and not one grumble from the picky eaters. Everything was cleaned, pool was warm. Internet horrible.

Please clean the room better. Also, have some people at check in/out desk. Had to wait for check-in and checkout. At check-in, they called person behind me even though I was first on the line.

Booked for two nights under the impression it is PET FRIENDLY, so we check in with our cats and stay the first night. We leave to take care of things and I get a call stating we need to vacate the premises and we are no longer welcome to stay due to our cats since they do not welcome cats. But it does NOT state anywhere that cats are not allowed. And to top it off, there were dogs barking ALL NIGHT and my cats are kennel trained so we put them away at night and they sleep! Very ridiculous!

Clean quiet rooms. Good restaurant when you dont want to go out free delicious breakfast every morning.

The problem began at Check In when two staff members talked to me at the same time. One was trying to get my credit card payment for deposit and the other was talking over her to tell me the pool and restaurant hours. It was insane. They gave us a room adjoining another room and you could here everything next door. I called down to ask for a room change and I was immediately told they were "Sold Out Completely" and "Nothing can be done." I said "That's interesting because when I booked this on Expedia 30 minutes ago it said you had 10 rooms left of this type." I was met with silence and then "Let me see what I can do." I hate being lied to and I hate lazy staff that won't help you find a quieter room. They found another room that did not connect and sent a manager with a new key. The manager gave us the key and walked away. We moved to the new room and the key didn't work. I walked to get a new key and instead of an apology I was accused of not giving back the breakfast vouchers and essentially stealing them. I explained I had given back the vouchers when they gave me the new key and vouchers. It was the oddest accusation. Finally we had a working key and only 2 breakfast vouchers - we don't steal! The room was clean. The breakfast was ample but we didn't eat much of it. It was your standard chain breakfast.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a week while we were visiting relatives in the area. Room was average. We were only supplied with one bar of soap and less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper. we selected this hotel because of the free breakfast and swimming pool. Both were a big disappointment. The water in the pool was so cloudy that you couldn't see the bottom, so we didn't use the pool. The breakfast buffet was a letdown. Most days they were out of brewed coffee and they ran out of juice glasses and silverware on more than one occasion. The scrambled eggs were terrible and in general the food was cold. I don't that I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

The property was nice and an overall good hotel, however the night we checked in the evening staff was rude.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke. No one responded back to me about it so I went to the store and bought a air freshener to help with the Terrible odor

great location and check in. The staff already had the room with a/c on with the weather really hot, nice treat!

The room was clean and the personal was nice but for breakfast I couldn’t find too many healthy options. How about boiled eggs instead of omelets, natural yogurt instead of fruit yogurt that always have sugars added and whole wheat toast instead of bagels.
