The staff was very friendly to deal with, upon check in I realized there was no heat in the room and I was told it would get fixed. It was a partial fix done the next day after sleeping in a room that was 65 degrees. When I returned from my day out it was 82 in the room so hardly the fix I was hoping for. There were some other maintenance things that could have been cleaned up but overall it was an OK stay.

Dirty pool, terrible layout in room, no towels at the pool, broken tv remote, broken appliances at breakfast. Served its purpose for a place to sleep.

Overall good place to stay.

Tiny bathroom

The property was well kept and clean; however, some of the facilities were old. My room was very noisy. I had to chose between an in room a/c unit which was very load or constant load traffic noise coming through my window. I turned the TV up to drown out both. That part was not good. After all sometimes you'd like to have a good nights rest.

We rented a room because my daughter had a medical appointment. We arrived at the hotel. little after 2:00pm. I asked the front desk if there was availability for an early check in, she said no. I asked when one would be available she said well check in is at 3:00pm, she was snooty and appeared to be in a bad mood. I asked if she in s bad mood, and that’s when her attitude changed. She now said she could take my name and number and call when a room was available. As we were walking to the car, she came running after us, she said a room was now available. We checked in, room was 424. The door was hard to open, we had to push it forcefully. We had to apply a decent amount of pressure to close it. I put my daughter’s yogurt, string cheese, and juice in the mini fridge. The beds are uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty, to the point I couldn’t shower. The hygiene Dove tops were off and covered with some kind of dirt/bacteria. This morning, we did breakfast, it was okay, there were things that werent replenished such as danishes. I took the snacks out of the fridge and wouldnt you know it..the fridge doesn’t work. 3 boxes of yogurt, bag of string cheese, and juice all bad. Went to check out, went to grab a cup of coffee, there was no coffee. My daughter wanted cooler ranch doritios, they were expired we are talking months expired back in June 2024. The amount of money I spent for this room, I expected much better than what we received. Highly disappointed and disgusted.

Bed sheets were dirty, staff had to come and redue bed. New sheets had hair as well. Sheets changed again! Found hair in towels
