Worst place I have booked until now. Super dirty bathroom and stain or blood on the beds clothes

I tried to stay here back in June, after 20 minutes of me and my daughter taking our luggage up, I was dumb founded at the stench. It smelled like organic rot. In the elevator especially. One of the desk attendants were following us to and from room between trips. Exterior side door had no mechanism to lock. Carpet throughout dusty and had crumbs ground in. Shady people (I’m trying not to judge) did not made unfriendly eye contact. I decided to leave without staying and was refused my money back. No ice anywhere in building. Pool looks like you could contract listeria. You would be safer sleeping in your car. There are reviews planted in this app which are lies so that this rating seems semi-acceptable. The WORST hotel I have ever stayed in . Hands down! Don’t do it.

This was the worst La Quinta we’ve ever stayed at. No amenities such as breakfast and hot tub, even tho advertised. Random 911 call from some other room made police wake us up extra early even tho we did not make the call.

I’d never stay here again. Those rooms looked like they were put together by duct tape. Genuinely did not feel sanitary.
We got moved 3 times for big reasons such as a sink not working, the AC not working, etc.
The worst part is we had no where else to stay, paid an insane amount for less than a 13 hour stay at a 1 star hotel, and the power went out so we had to change and move in the dark half the night.
Never again. I’m reporting this to the bank

It was a night without sleep. Located directly next to the highway, you can hear the traffic constantly. In addition to that, poor insulation between the rooms. So the couple who lived next door felt like they were making love in our room. Had to knock several times on the plasterboards that are between the rooms, to make them stop. It was so emberesing. On the sheets was stains, poorly cleaned room, dead mosquitoes and a fly by the window. The staff was nice.

Bathtub was dirty looking. Not sure if it was actually dirty or if the coating used to resurface the tub was just stained and dirty looking. We would not use it. Talked to another couple at breakfast who reported the same. Deadbolt on door worked, but chain lock or other forced entry deterrent was missing. Adjoining room door looked battered and in poor condition. The general feeling was less than acceptable in cleanliness and safety

I booked this hotel because it said it was newly renovated. I left after seeing my room because the room was disgusting. The sink was clogged, there was mold in and around the shower, and the bathtub was filthy. The AC was outdated and didn't work. When I asked for a refund, the front desk said I have to wait until Monday to ask for a refund because the manager wasn’t onsite. I was able to text customer service and they said they would issue me a refund. Hopefully there’s no delay in getting my refund.

Pretty good, comfortable and clean! Nice room with adequate accommodations, best body was so far 😊 Hot breakfast, eggs not good and no meat with breakfast was my only complaint. Easy check in and out, great shopping and dining nearby

On my second day of my stay the power went out due to a tornado in the area. The property was ill prepared for any outage of this type, no power in the rooms, dark hallways and lobby and worst of all no hot water the morning I left. The communications from the staff was non existent and when I came back to the hotel my second night no one was at the desk. I asked 3 times what the plan was if the power did not come back on and was assured all 3 times that it would, it never did. When I checked out in the morning I asked for a discount due to the problems described above, I was told they would look into it but when I saw my credit card charge today I was billed the full rate for my stay. I had friends in the area who offered to put me up the second night and if the hotel would have just told me I could leave and not be charged I would have but they assured me the power would be back on. The management of this hotel is bad and I suggest you not stay at it.

I liked the suite size--it was perfect for our family's needs. We had 2 bathrooms which is great when you have a teenager. The bathrooms could be improved to have larger showers & larger countertops, though. The breakfast buffet was not as we had hoped for selections, & the morning staff was not overly friendly.

RUN DON’T STAY HERE Reservations since 12/23 for two double beds for an 5 night stay. Arrived to find at check in we were “Bumped” due to overbooking on their part to a king room. We needed doubles because we are friends traveling. The Manager on duty claimed nothing could be done. The place is filthy. The rooms aren’t clean, hair everywhere. Ants everywhere and in the breakfast. During the breakfast the sprayed pesticides for the ants. The lock on the entry door is broken, anyone can enter the hotel without scanning. We left the next day and doubt I will receive a refund.

I "survived" , thats the best i can say. Most hotels like this are meh, and u move on with your life. I stayed for 3 nights and it was unpleasant? Why? Biggest issue was the bed. It was so worn out i was sinking no matter where i layed. Ive never had this issue. Second, the bathroom was not clean the way it should be. I found long hairs in the shower after i was finished. I have short hair. I also came across hairs in the sink drain when i adjusted stopper. Not good. The entire hotel is beat up and run down. I could go on longer but enough. Oh, it was loud too. Idiots slamming doors and babbling at all hours

I was charged a second time for my first nights stay even though I had prepaid days ahead through Expedia. It was eventually resolved but after I returned home.

We stayed for 5 days and the back door was never secured. We were told that they know and were waiting on parts. The Trash can on our floor was over flowing for days at a time.

There was no parking in front. A lot of walking for a handicapped couple. In the morning the elevator was working but the floor was soaked. Limited t v stations. But the breakfast eggs were clean and fluffy. The pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

Front desk check in was a headache lady was frustrating to deal with.
Upon entering the room we noticed stains all over the beds. Nothing was done about it. Beds were absolutely horrendously uncomfortable! Got stuck in the elevator! Then elevators were shut down so had to take the stairs which is unfortunate with breathing problems. Then breakfast was horrible!! Eggs felt like the rubber mulch you see at the playgrounds. Front desk lady was very rude and inconsiderate when we asked her a few questions and mentioned concerns we had. Oooh and my credit card got charged almost $100 more than what my total was quoted to me!!

Property advertised a recently remodeled, it is not. Outside property landscape maintenance is non existent. All carpets need vacuumed. Overflowing trash in areas. Fifth floor lighting inoperable. Offered a replacement room on the forth floor, it smelled horrible. Bath tub horrible. Coffee pots foam coffee from lack of rinsing after cleaning. Wyndham should inspect and consider de branding this hotel.

Super dirty in the lobby and in the rooms. There were stains in the room on the tables and the hr bathrooms were dirty. When I went down to tell them I was checking out there was an aggressive drunk man down there and the police were showing up to deal with him.
