The room was spacious. The facility was maintained historic.

This hotel is on Lake Como and should have been amazing, however we were left feeling short changed with the service we received. After travelling for hours we wanted to sit on the balcony for drinks and some fresh air, however as it had been raining this seemed like too much trouble for the staff, we got there eventually however but it was stressful. We then got stranded in town and called the hotel asking for help with a taxi, it was absolutely throwing it down and we couldn't find or call a taxi ourselves, we also couldn't walk back the distance to the hotel as it was torrential, we called the hotel who said no as we weren't leaving from them they couldn't help. We ended up thumbing a lift from a white van man which was amusing but we should have got the help from the hotel in our hour of need. Then I didn't sleep as there was a droning noise all night in our room, then to top it off I didn't fancy the rubbery scrambled egg in the morning and asked for a fried egg, I was told they could but there would be an extra charge (they did one in the end but again it was stressful) When you have paid £600 for a night you would expect excellent service and also to be able to sleep.

The property is very nice & all the staff are super friendly,, but the concierge is exceptional Mattia is very very helpful he was in direct contact with during our stay & organized everything within our time.

The hotel is in a very good location however it is very close to the road so traffic noise was noticed. Rooms are small but clean. Thankfully was able to upgrade to larger room with king bed.

Loved Villa Flori. It was even nicer than the pictures. It is a high end luxury property without being overly stuffy. Would definitely stay there again. Also the included morning breakfast on the balcony over looking the lake was so exquisite it should definitely be taken into consideration as part of the price for the room.

The location of the property and the view was very nice. It was a plus that they had parking although the spaces were very tight. Jona from the bar was very attentive and helpful. Where this property falls short is with their front desk. They were not friendly at all and need a course in hospitality. Do not show up to the property before check in time, it was completely disorganized and caotic. The front desk was very dismissive.

Perfect location, stunning views. Expensive but room view was killer. The formal restaurant was the most overpriced restaurant we ate in during our two week trip. Don’t eat there, all attitude not by any means exceptional. Porter no where to be found at check in. Self parking which was very expensive. This is a place for 1%ers and they know it. The view was more than worth end expense.

Wonderful hotel with phenomenal staff!

The location was okay, some of the staff was helpful , others not so much, the restaurant was just okay but the bar lounge was great

Beautiful hotel on the lake. Love watching the small sightseeing planes and boats from our balcony. Within walking distance of the ferry. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Great staff and overall a good experience

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a deluxe suite with a balcony and beautiful view of the lake. Staff were very professional and always willing to help provide whatever you need to make your stay amazing. We would definitely return if we visit Lake Como in the future.

Great property with amazing staff

Beautiful location within walking distance to Cernobbio but to also grab the boat to the different islands. I would highly recommend the hotel and would love to come back next time.

Spectacular views from the room and the property of Lake Como!

Property itself was beautiful and views were incredible but concierge services did not meet expectations. I felt I was bothering them every time I asked for something. Also the dinner in the downstairs restaurant wasn’t great either. We ordered trout and veal and both weren’t good.

The view of the lake and the service at the hotel is hard to beat. Two thumbs up for that. The hotel is tiny and rooms are tiny. The parking garage is tiny. Good luck if you have a full size car.

Location, location, location!

The property is situated on the lake. The property was beautiful, but the service was terrible. The staff was not accommodating. We paid for two of the same rooms but one got lake view and one did not. The one that didn’t smell terrible. Once we told them, they were super rude. We asked to switch and that they suggested that we upgraded for another €500, in which we did and we asked for something for the inconvenience and they refused. Additionally in april it is quite chilly and the temperature on the thermostat was not correctly raising. The front desk was so rude to us and screamed at us in the middle of the night when we were asking him to increase the temperature and he just kept screaming saying he doesn’t understand what we’re saying. We speak perfect English and he did not.

Hotel Villa Flori was perfect for my stay - I splurged a bit for the Superior double room and waking up to the lake view was well worth the splurge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are lovely. It comes with breakfast, which is also a nice perk. It is not too far from the city of Como and within a 5 min walking distance to the local ferry. My only thing is that it's quite far from Tremezzo, Varenna and Bellagio so if you're tight on time, I would suggest elsewhere. I ended up booking a private boat that picked me up from the hotel dock and it still took 55 min to get to Bellagio. Otherwise, loved it.
