Both elevators were down at night. Went to front desk, and were told take the stairs. No problem solving, no calling maintenance. We were a family. Went up 4 flights, but if someone single / alone would have been scary. Using the pullout sofa. Asked for sheets / bedding multiple times. The rooms re-down are nice, but under construction the old carpet / floor very old

I booked a king room but was given two double or queen with two beds in my room. It was on the first floor and I feel like all I heard was ppl walking by my room, laughing, and being disruptive. I did not get any sleep and had to teach a 8 hour class and then drive 3 hours home. I'm exhausted and going forward I've learned not to accept a first floor room or anything that I didn't originally book. Also the carpets in the hallway are filthy.

Horrific stay. Falling apart. Bad front desk. No extra pillows. Wi-Fi went out. Door card readers went out. Fire alarm kept going off. Pool dirty and cold. Hardware on shower door fell off.

The hotel was durty overall, the door to our bathroom didn't closed because is very uneven. The pool was "open" lights off in that area, water was very cold.

Was not satisfied, the first room was not clean and had no hot water. Was switched to another room that had no hot water, the door was not secured because it was loose at the lock. Lost electricity for about 5 minutes. And I was charged twice and had to go down to the desk which was very inconvenient because I had to go down there multiple times

The office manager was very rude. Every time we had to say something to her. She was short and her disposition was very nasty. She had a scarf on her head the whole time we were there very unprofessional. The pool wasn’t working they did not have a tub.

Very disappointed the hotel was under construction and we didn’t get the room was ordered on the website. Information about this was not clearly provided on the website before we booked the hotel. We would not have booked this hotel being Labor Day weekend it was impossible to find another hotel. Very disappointed. I think that I should receive some sort of refund for the trouble and tress this caused me and my wife.

We really only needed a place to stay for the night. We had attended a concert not too far away. The hotel is under renovation and has it's shsre of issues. I'm not going to get into the details, but , when they finish work in there, it may be better. It served its purpose for our needs and location. Staff was minimum and overwhelmed when we checked in. Hopefully, they will get the help they need.

Property was supposedly renovated but was not good quality and not done like they said it was before we booked. When we checked in we was not guaranteed hot water and no discount or credit would be given if we didn't.

This hotel is terrible. Do not stay here. Everything is dirty. Literally everything! Ceilings dirty/stained and peeling. All the walls in our room had cracked paint and dirty. Do not walk on the carpet without shoes. We checked out the next day and found another option.

Amazing staff however, for the price we paid, the rooms are small, old furnitures, pull out couch where my son slept was very uncomfortable due to an old thin mattress, stained ceiling tiles due to old leaks but rooms were clean, good amenities and breakfast.

There’s a permanent smell in the property. La mold smell and bothered me the entire time. Our entire football team swam while at the hotel, on the way home, almost all of our kids that actually got into the water complained of feeling sick. Shortly after, the hotel called to inform us that there had been several others with the same complaint and that it may have been a cause of the pool but never explained exactly what was wrong with the pool. On the flip side, our rooms were clean and scentless. Something about the hallways isn’t right. Because of the unknown cause of illness, we wouldn’t stay again but the experience wasn’t terrible. The complimentary breakfast was really good :)

I was furious that we had 2 hours before checkout and stepped out of the room,leaving some of our things in the room and in full view for anyone who would u lock the door, but the maids came in, our things were gone and when asked, they both said no when I told them we had a gift and baby things sitting right there. They kept saying no.

Not the hotel’s fault. The situation where there was a disruption of sleep a couple of times in the middle of the night, due to an employee and later police searching for parent of a child, was unfortunate to make our stay unpleasant and not able to get much sleep.

They gave away my room. I called ahead a day before to notify them I was a late arrival. I came at 12:30 AM. They said they had no rooms, wouldn't look me up on the computer, and treated me rudely through it all after I had a three hour drive. I have never been treated that way, and no hotel that I have stayed at business says...sorry, go away after midnight.

They didn't have rooms ready at check-in time. Numerous people were waiting in the lobby while they had to send the cleaning people to prep more rooms. They were very unapologetic about the situation.

I reserved on the website and when I arrived I was told they didn’t have any rooms available but house keeping was working on cleaning rooms. I asked if additional l an accommodation could be made in which the rep asked if I could sit in the lobby so she could check in other guest behind me. States here will Traveling w my 6yo.. First off it did not disclose that it was under renovations so it was a hot mess. People painting, stuff everywhere. In addition I believe my daughter and I were targeted, hotel front desk gave a random man a key to our room and he was trying to get in while we were changing from swimming, luckily my family members happened to be there to intervene. When I went to ask front desk about it nobody could give me a legit explanation and said that I was not in their system but I had reservations and paid with my Amex card and had key cards. On top of that individuals were fight and playing on our hotel phones in middle of the night waking us up. I did not feel safe and left ASAP! Should have called the police but instead booby trapped my door and just left with my daughter immediately the next morning. Upon which staff still couldn't give me an answer or refund but instead was told the manager would call me the next day. Horrible scary experience as a single mom traveling with a child. I will be following up with Managers ASAP and calling corporate.
